We have used the shower in that bath approximately 10 times since then as we have 3 other bathrooms and this is basically a guest bathroom. The tile floor is now making noise due to the fact that the tiles were not buttered properly when they were laid down. iIn addition the glass door to the shower was not installed properly and water leaks onto the floor. The grout inside the shower is now falling out. To top it off they couldn't even install the toilet paper holder properly which after about a month fell off the wall. Do yourself an expensive favor and find a more reputable contractor for your bathroom project,

Matt Iamundo and his group did a tremendous job on both large projects. For one, when Matt says he will be at the job at a given time he shows up on time. When he leaves he doesn't leave a mess. In fact, on the first day of our bathroom demo I thought he didn't show up until I walked into what was the former shell of our bathroom! He gets the job done in the agreed upon timeframe and in many cases he is ahead of schedule! He cleans up after the job and he's mindful that while work is being done, you still need a house to call home and things aren't left in disarray or full of dust and debris. His craftsmanship is superb and he does a terrific job pulling a project together. He is willing to make changes you request and will make recommendations as they relate to layout of tiling and the like. While I'm sorry to say we've likely run out of projects for Matt, I have recommended him to several friends who have been equally happy with his work who have in turn recommended him to others. I highly recommend Bayshore Remodeling and feel that anyone that uses this company will find they have a positive experience.

From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. He pressured us into the work we needed done, telling us our mold spore count was through the roof . He did the work as described and did it correctly. After he performed the work he became difficult to get ahold of. So we became suspicious. We hired another company to do another mold test . We then found out that he charged us 13k more than we should have paid. After the second test we found that we still had a mold problem. When we talked with John about the price difference he became defensive and angry. But ultimately did more work to remediate the mold . Unfortunately we still had mold after the work he did . John became enraged when we tried to discuss the situation. He refused to talk with us and would not stand by his work guarantee. He told us that he was cutting ties with us and refused to do anything. So , we are currently still in the process of trying to fix everything. Beware of John he's unprofessional and not trustworthy.
