Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. What a flake!

I can't speak highly enough of Efrem Taylor of Taylor Made Tile. You will not find a more…read moreprofessional, or reliable craftsman around. A little backstory, I had a bad leak in my shower pan, to the point I thought there may be serious damage so I involved my homeowners insurance company. They sent an inspector out who said there was cracked grout, but he felt there was probably an underlying cause that needed to be fixed.So I called 3 tile contractors. The first two just said it was only cracked grout, and they'd fix it by re-grouting. Efrem gave his opinion, and it was exactly what the inspector had said, he anticipated an underlying problem. He won my trust with that honesty. He also made a point of explaining it would be a bit of lengthy process, he'd have to make 4 trips to do it in phases, but ultimately, he assured me by doing it this way, it would be a permanent fix rather than a quick patch. Every day wheb he said he'd be at my house at a specific time, he was there. All totaled, he was there 4 days in a row, the demolition took about an hour, putting a liner in (there wasn't one in the original shower pan which contributed to the leaking) and sealing it took an hour, he then tested it overnight to ensure the leak was fixed (it was) and then he laid the mud down which took an hour. He came back 3rd time to put another seal on over the mud for good measure, and then the final part was the tile and grout which took an hour or so. Couldn't be more pleased with the work.

Efrem has no internet presence, he works by referral. When I bought my flooring at Robinson's Flooring, he was the installer. He gets all his work from people who use him because he's one of the best in Fresno. I can't keep him a secret, and it would be selfish to keep this jewel of a contractor under wraps - so I'm proud to the be one to put him on Yelp and sing his praises. Great work Efrem!
