I thought a lot before posting this review and was prone not to, but since the salon decided to…read morepost me on their social media and are taking pride in the work that was done on me, even though they know I'm not happy I decided to review my honest opinion. I came in for the first time to this place for a full balayage and a hair cut , paid 390$ , sat for 6.5 hours , just to be unable to even wear my hair natural in public. I'm not going to say the stylists name because this is not personal , however hear are the problems : 1. I showed him 2 reference pics , i asked for a layered cut that's longer than the pic, with A LOT of thinning - received a short puffy hair cut with no layers, ZERO THINNING WAS DONE and so short and thick I can't even wear it in a pony or down without a constant blowout . Not to mention it looks nothing like the pic 2. There's a patch of bleach in the middle of my hair thick and visible for everyone to see , from the root down, simply embarrassing 3. The placement of the bleaching was manly made at spots don't really cover and refresh my old balayage that I had so when looking at the hair , u can see a ton of work done anywhere but over the old work that needed tuch up. Also the toner hasn't really stuck to all the bleaching but since I'm not a hair stylist I'll leave that as debatable. Valerie who presented herself as the salon manager has offered me a re toning And a bolder money piece to try and match one of the pics that I showed , However the real problems are not fixable by that solution that she offers , also since she tried to make me sound like I was the problem by saying " you told your stylist you didn't like the stylist you had before as well " which to I replied by yes , because she didn't cut enough which is also what her manager told her , However it's irrelevant because it didn't happened at atelier and she should have said something else . Bliss, the nail manicurist, and Tiffany, the receptionist, Krystal family owner and operator, handled my concerns in a way that I found unprofessional and dismissive. I felt that I was given inconsistent information about my deposit, and I had to push to have my deposit refunded. The entire situation left me feeling frustrated and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. The way my concerns were handled caused me to lose confidence in the salon's professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend Pasari Salon based on my experience. I hope management addresses these concerns, reviews how customers are treated, and ensures that everyone is treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Tuesday came and I texted you again, did not hear from you until about 1.5/2 hours before your appointment but instead of reaching out to me you reached out to the salon. The salon has no control over my business, or how I run things. I am my own business owner. I just pay them rent. The receptionist is the kindest, sweetest, most loving person I have ever met and I will not tolerate anyone speaking to her any way but kindly. You are a grown woman and you are responsible to communicate with me about your appointment. You had every opportunity, considering that the text message I sent you was shown as READ. Blaming my receptionist and treating her unkindly is very immature for someone your age, and I would suggest some self reflection. I chose to cancel your appointment because of the multiple red flags on your part - coming the wrong day a week before, not communicating after reading my text on Sunday, and then not responding on Tuesday to my second follow up text, and then reaching out to the salon instead of me. I chose my own peace when I cancelled your appointment, because I do not believe you are the kind of person I want sitting in my chair. And this is MY business, not a walk in salon, so I choose who comes and gets to sit in my chair. Your money will be refunded but because I had already cancelled your appointment and deposits are non refundable my booking app is going to take longer processing it than usual because I had already opted to not refund it. I had to call customer care and ask them to refund it manually. Now I ask you one last time, please leave my salon receptionist alone. You have no business with her or the salon, you only have business with me. Thank you.

On May 29, I accidentally sent $300 via Zelle to this business, specifically Stephanie Mitchell. It was an honest mistake--the money was intended for a different service provider. I immediately reached out, provided the transaction receipt, and on June 1 was told it would be looked into by her and was hopeful it would be resolved without issue being that she had been my stylist for over a year at that point. I was beyond patient and gave plenty of opportunity for this to be resolved. Instead, weeks went by. I followed up multiple times, provided proof of the transaction again, and even sent a formal Zelle payment request, and a Zelle bank dispute. The $300 was never returned, and my messages were quickly ignored. What is most upsetting isn't the original error--it's the decision to keep the money and stop communicating. Mistakes happen. How you choose to handle them says a lot about your business. I would have much rather resolved this privately and moved on. I gave multiple opportunities for that to happen. Unfortunately, after being ignored for weeks over $300 that was never owed for services, I feel it's important to share my experience. If you're considering doing business here, I would strongly encourage you to pay attention to how your money and concerns are handled when something goes wrong.

They charge by the hour (red flag) and unfortunately it felt like time was not managed with the bridal party in mind. They both took far longer than expected on each person which caused us to go well over the scheduled time. Because of this, there was not enough time to finish the rest of the bridesmaids' hair, mine included, leaving several of us scrambling to do our own hair and each others hair at the last minute. As a result of the delays they caused, the bridal party was late to photos. This adds unnecessary stress to an already busy day. To make matters worse, the bride was charged extra for going over time which wasn't our fault. We were never consulted or warned before the stylist continued past the agreed timeframe. Even after all the time they spent prepping and doing hair, a few of the hairstyles were falling and uncurling after just a couple hours. This is why bridal hairstylists typically charge per head rather than by the hour. Charging per person creates clear expectations, accountability and fairness for both the bridal party and stylist. I cannot recommend this stylist for weddings unless they significantly improve their time management and pricing structure.

I was quoted $1100 to start for the 4 hour minimum, and later that increased to $1300, all of which was fine with me BECAUSE during my hair trial with these stylists, my hair took no more than 1.5 hours, so I didn't expect we'd go over the 4 hours. We get to the day of, and both Tonia and LJ are taking much more time to do my hair and the others' hair than I've ever experienced. Tonia even left at one point to "go get pins" that they didn't even end up using. They ended up charging me another $650 for going over the 4 hour minimum, which was entirely their fault. 4 hours should have been plenty of time for 6 stylings but because of neglectful use of time. Would not recommend booking them for this type of service- truly disappointed.
