Blowout Rules - Messy up do bun - Blow Dry/Out Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Love this place so much. I save so much time and money. The staff are friendly and highly skilled. I'm in there usually once and sometimes twice a week. Since going more consistently, my hair has become really healthy. My favorite services are the basic blowout, scalp scrub, hair mask, keratin treatment. Weekends tend to be less busy. I like early mornings - and they always have options. I have had nothing but great experiences. read more

My first time ever trying a blowout--just for fun--and I loved it! My hair is curly and frizzy since my keratin is wearing off, and my next treatment is still a couple weeks away. I found Blowout Rules on Yelp: great reviews, close to home, easy-to-use website, affordable... and the best part? They open at 7 AM! The inside is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was quick and friendly. Amanda, my stylist, was sweet, fast, and nailed the look. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky, straight hair. Definitely coming back! read more

Recently started going here and met Shai who did my blowout for my hair. She is super sweet, has gentle hands, and always does an amazing job. I leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. Plus I love that this location is nearby, peaceful and makes last minute bookings easy ‍ read more

I came here the day before an interview to get a blowout and curls. My hair stayed perfect even the day after and I landed the job. Definitely recommend Kourtney C. read more

Horrible! Waste of $85...you might as well go to the hair school for better service and quality.

I was called the day of my service (two and a half hours before my scheduled appointment) and told that my appointment was cancelled because they were fully booked. What's worse is they didn't even seem to know I had booked for two people and after mentioning that they then said they could only do one of us. I thought they were "fully booked?" Very frustrating and very unprofessional. I have used this place in the past and, although pricey, they did a decent job. I don't think it's worth the gamble when you have plans and a pre-scheduled appointment that they can just cancel on you. I definitely will not be back. read more

I've been to this establishment twice. I enjoy treating myself to a blow out. The staff is nice.

I've been going to blowout rules for 2 years. They use the best Kérastase products and all the stylists are amazing. I prefer to go here over the blow dry bar. They have memberships which make it really affordable. read more

Update: After this issue, the co-owner reached out with the following message: "Hi Ariane! This is Aleyda with Blowout Rules. I would like to apologize for you not being greeted upon entering our salon. I called both of the stylist that were working Thursday afternoon to get an explanation immediately, they both admitted to not hearing you when you came in resulting in them not checking you in. They stated you said you had to go once it was time for your service, resulting in the cancellation of your appointment. I'm confused as what happened, and would like to make it right. Please let me know if there is anything I can do!" Now, I'm not ever looking for anything free- just what I asked for and good customer service. At that point, there was nothing she could do FOR ME to make it right. But I gave her some suggestions. If you'd like to apologize, then actually say "I'm sorry and we failed." Own your mistakes. Don't put it off as "they didn't hear you" when I was there for 35 minutes, playing videos on my phone, waiting patiently. They never once looked at the front/doors for 35 minutes. I didn't even see a 2nd stylist until I walked around to tell the only stylist I saw that I couldn't wait any longer and I didn't want to be charged for their incompetence. Anyone, and I mean anyone, can walk in on a Thursday evening around 5:35-6:20 and be guaranteed that you can walk in, grab product, and leave because NOBODY is watching that front desk where there's tons of merchandise on display. I'm struggling tonight. I know I can't get my back wet due to these patches for allergy testing. So I booked a wash and blow dry at Blowout Rules for 5:50pm so I could have clean hair on Friday. Showed up 15 min early at 6:35. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time until 6:10. Nobody came up front. Nobody checked on me. I'm seriously upset because I need my hair washed and dried. Can I wash it at home? No, my sink is blocked off for cabinet refacing. And my movement is restricted because of all this tape. So I called a bunch more places and nobody can get me in tonight except the Cosmo at 7:30. I wouldn't get home until 9. I just really needed to feel less oily and get the dry shampoo out of my hair. And instead of asking to take care of me right then, they just said "sorry" like that fixed anything on their part. read more

So many quality stylist's left leaving poor options. Note-Treating employee's like treasures and not children goes a long way in this industry. A mass exodus is usually linked to poor management. Ive been able to find some of their old stylists (Jacqueline for one-winner!) at the new dry bar in Boca Park. Industry standards are being held to a superior standard there. Cheers. read more

Amazing Service great place Rosie is the best. I would always pay a little extra for a blow out for the service and 5 star experience.

Loveeee this place! I have curly hair but the blowout always comes out AMAZINGGGG. They're always so nice & offer water!

This place is great. I came here with intentions to look good for date night. My date flaked and I was so upset that I cried. The kind lady was nice enough not to charge me anything. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again and I didn't get a chance to get her name. read more

Just got a terrific last-minute blowout from Cheryl. Super relaxing shampoo. Top notch service. Very clean space. Even the bathroom smelled nice! Regular price is $60 but Cheryl let me know that there is a special: 2 blowouts for $90. Heck yeah I'll sign up and come in next week! Shelby at the front desk hooked me up with an appointment. A+ read more

Randy did a good job overall- fast, friendly, & my hair came out the way I wanted it to BUT.... when I paid & left a super generous $30 tip (for a $49 service), I made an appointment for a few days later only to show up and be told they don't have any record of my appointment. I literally watched him input my appointment info a few days earlier.... And now I'm left scrambling to find another salon who can accommodate a last minute blowout on a Friday. BEWARE- triple check all your appointments & sadly, have a back up plan just in case. Would not recommend for extra special occasions- not reliable. read more

Update: I scheduled my first blowout for a holiday party and while my blowout began 25 minutes late, my stylist was very friendly and nice and did an awesome job. Despite the delay and my annoyance at first, I was happy with the outcome of my hair and Blowout Rules still rules in my book! Blowout Rules totally rules in their blowout offerings and services! I checked out the new dry bar salon for their grand opening where they provided complimentary dry styling, snacks and cocktails. Located in the Target shopping center at Flamingo/215, it's so nice and convenient to have a blowout bar in the southwest/south Summerlin part of town. The salon is super cute and stylish with friendly and fun stylists. I love the variety they offer on their style menu and the Kerastase and Amika products they use and sell. Blowout Rules will definitely be a go to destination for regular or special occasion blowouts and styling! read more

Watch out on pricing. I've gone here a few times and it has always been $80 which is still a bit much when comparing competitively, but I do have a lot of hair (curly to about breast area) and am willing to spend the money for someone to do a good job. However, the last visit I was charged $95 because they used a hot tool. He has always used a flat iron before and this has never been a charge. It would take longer to attempt that with a blow dryer. I just wanted it blown out straight. $95 + $20 tip for just under an hour in the chair is quite a bit. Also, upon getting there, the receptionist said, "I'll have to see if he is here." I then sat for 15min past when my appointment was scheduled while she found the stylist (who definitely was there - I could see him) and while the employees picked which chairs they were working at and got setup. Don't get me wrong. Randy does amazing work and this is absolutely nothing against him - just a heads up. I typically drive across town to see him, but for $115 I'd have to limit the number of visits.... read more

I got my hair done by Jacie for head shots! She was super skilled and efficient and my hair looked amazing! Will be back for sure!

Excellent packages for blowouts. We bought the 8 package with comes with a freebie for a friend and lashes I had my first experience yesterday, I loved the hot cozy towel placed under my neck during the wash. It made out your neck back all the more comfortable. My stylist was very easy to talk to and gave the best scalp massage. I was surprised how quick the process is. I have three children and sometimes this mama doesn't get the time to doll up with hair done perfectly. I was in and out in 45mins with hair looking fabulous and my friends complimented how amazing it looked. And not that it's super important but they have the soft toilet paper. None of the industrial ones you find at most places. Overall the experience is great & quick. Definitely glad I got the 8 blowouts package as I can pop in to get the hair done before any date nights, functions, & office events Luxurious & affordable! read more

Blowout Rules located at Flamingo and Grand Canyon is great! My favorite hairdresser there is Randy, but they are all so good!

I had an appointment scheduled at least I thought so since received an email confirmation, showed up to find them CLOSED. No notice but a piece of paper on the door. Where's the phone call, email, just a quick text as a heads up would have worked....and then come to find out they rescheduled my appointment to another day and time without my permission on a day I was not even available forcing me to cancel. I won't ever come back due to the lack of customer service. read more

This is by far my favorite place in town to do my hair. All the stylists are kind, fun and professional. I always leave with beautiful hair and a smile. Today Randy gave me a special fusio dose that made my hair soft and shiny. It looks rejuvenated and fresh!!! I love it. Will recommend anyone to try this place and pamper themselves with a blowout and some rose. Cheers! read more

Made an appointment while visiting. I have had a few blow outs prior to but never seemed worth my time or money. Well, after this appointment I realize I just wan't going to the right place. I was productive while there as they gave me a laptop board for my laptop. But then my hair, Randylee did an amazing job! Great volume and curls. The style lasted till I washed my hair again.
