My husband and I spent months trying to find a home that fit our criteria in what felt like the worst possible home-buying environment. Stacey worked with us quite literally every day, helped us find homes that would work for us, came to every open house and showing, and used her honesty and experience to assist us in finding realistic options. She also was constantly open to my (unending) questions, and helped to explain everything to me so I could understand the process we were going through. We're now living in our home after so much work, thanks to Stacey. My husband and I absolutely can't recommend working with her enough to help you find and secure the perfect home for you!

Stacey's professionalism mixed with her wit and team spirit made the home buying process fun, exciting and social. Even after we signed the P&S, Stacey has been available for advice, cheerleading and tying up loose ends. We highly recommend her!

Second time was couple years later that we decide to sell the same property, so we thought of him and found Javier again. Honestly, we are really glad that we finally had him with us this time! Very professional, efficient and very Easy to work with. We are not familiar with all the regulations and certificates of Worcester. He called , explained and took care of many things that would be overwhelmed for us. We are lucky to have Javier worked with us! Highly strongly recommend if we decided to Move back again, we would still find him ! Thanks Javier. Wish you a happy/ success year of 2017 C&G

We waited an hour at his office....never once did he call to explain his lateness and subsequent absence. He couldn't be reached by phone at all. Yelp and google and the website says they are open at 10am on saturdays but that is clearly not the case. We waited at the locked office listening to the phone ring for an hour. Do not use this company!!! Complete waste of our time and ruined a whole day of apartment hunting as we carved out time to see his properties. Disrespectful and unprofessional!

I doubt every Homevestors agent is as wonderful to work with as ours was, as the service we received was truly exceptional and we could not be happier. If this is the standard that Homevestors holds all its franchisees to, then satisfaction is guaranteed! As with most things in business, it's all about the person you're dealing with. If your transaction is with a fair, competent, honest, kind, friendly individual (as ours was) you'll be happy every time. I would recommend anyone who wants to sell their home, but who doesn't want the hassle of purging, cleaning, decluttering, painting, staging, etc., to contact Homevestors and get an offer from them! You may be pleasantly surprised by it, and you'll be able to avoid all the work and uncertainty of putting your home on the market.

This company has no ethics! Their predatory practices take advantage of the disadvantaged such as…read morethe elderly, under employed and those that live in areas that have affordable housing but are perceived to be under served. They send out mailings every 2-3 weeks to the same people and make unsolicited phone calls even if you are on the do not call list. They try to break you down so that they can buy well under market pricing. Also the repairs they make are substandard and usually cost the new owners headaches they were not ready to incur. I personally find them despicable! It is past time to legislate these people out of business.

Rayshell and her team were always available. Or returned any correspondence in a reasonable time frame. If an issue arose with the property. One of the members of the team would be at the unit to investigate and/or get the appropriate service that was needed for the issue. ie. Pluming, electric, ext. as soon as they were available. Ledgers were always up to date and accurate. Their app is also very user friendly. Finally, I cant harp enough about their professionalism! Each time I met with either Rayshell or a team member. I felt informed and educated about Landlord/Tenant rights and obligations. I wasn't always happy. However, I respect that proper protocols were enforced and explained. I cant wait until I'm ready to buy a home of my own. I believe they will utilize the same degree of care within their reality company.

I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.
