Talk about rude and unprofessional. Matt (the owner) was late. (That was my first clue this would not go well.) Then he was on his cell phone the whole time I was "showing myself" the rental. (I should have left then.) He did apologize for all the calls but still, it's not right. The few seconds he wasn't on the phone, he would talk over me, put down positive comments I would make about my family he may know. Just an overall ass. Oh and I caught him checking himself out in the door glass reflection and then minutes later, staring at my belly. Yes Matt, I'm fat. Get over it. I have. A few mins later the ordeal was over and we parted ways. But I had a question so I called him. I went to leave a message and his mailbox was full. Full?? So I called his office. Talked with a very nice lady there and I explained what I needed to ask him and she said she'd try to reach him. A little while later Matt texted me, in a scolding tone. "Don't talk to anyone in my office. I will email you later." I'm still waiting Matt. It's been 3 days In the time it took you to text me that, you could have called me. I had one quick question. Today I decided the cute little house I fell in love with and wanted to rent is NOT worth you treating me like crap. And if I did go thru with the rental what the hell would I have paid you over $600 for again?? Assistance in securing a place?? Helping me with paperwork?? Ha! Ya right. You can't even return a call. I'm still trying to figure it out Matt. Were you an ass to me because I'm fat or because I have a housing voucher? Or both? I want you to know that I would have been an ideal tenant that would have loved that place as if it were my own. You blew a good deal for the owners who hired you to rent their place. He marketed our home very well. The pictures online were so good it almost made US want to buy it! Over the course of four days it was shown to 41 perspective buyers, of which 11 made offers - all above our asking price. Joe helped us select the overall best buyer (not based solely on price). Everything was going smoothly until the buyers ran into issues on their end that we could not have foreseen. The closing was repeatedly delayed for one reason the another. Throughout out the delays Joe remained very professional and kept us at ease. Joe's experience and patience were apparent. He understood what was actually happening and explained everything to us clearly & concisely, in a manner that we could understand. Joe guided us when to be patient, then when to be assertive, and finally when it became necessary to get a little aggressive. It was then (February 1st) that they buyers started all over again with a new lender, and from then the process proceeded quickly and without a hitch, closing on the scheduled date of March 3rd... exactly 30 days. Amazing! We can't rave enough about Joe; we are so happy we chose him as our real estate agent and strongly recommend him.

Update: before I was evan able to hit [post] I have been called twice and yelled at by this unprofessional individual. VERY bad bussiness practices. When I say I prefer email communications over unsecured text messages and then you call and yell at me TWICE, don't expect my patronage. Update II: Now I have reveived a yelp message threatening to post our text conversation (which I have already attached) if I do not remove this review. Professionalism is lacking at this establishment. Update III: Now, because I insisted on finding out exactly who I was speeking to (after his refusal to answer direct questions) before offering up any of my personal information, he is claiming I am a drug user. First, took a day to provide generic application form. Two days later asked for 7 PAGE form he had not provided. This form was completed and returned in less than 24 hours. THEN he asked for checks from both parties for application fee which was NOT on listing and NOT communicated to agent representing us. After another wait of a few days, were told that application was approved, and we'd get the lease form. ANOTHER two days went by, no lease from him. Our agent had to chase down the secretary at his firm to find out what was going on, and was told that she'd only gotten the information that day, and would stay til she finished it. We finally received the "boiler plate" lease, with near no information about landlord, or who to contact for repairs or emergency at 9 PM , FIVE full days after being approved. As the "generic" lease had some fairly serious flaws (no parking on property, unlimited no notice access by landlord, etc., etc.), and didn't address needed repairs, we wrote some alterations. T... then freaked out and asked why he was getting notes on alteration of lease so late. It was less than 14 hours from when we got the LEASE!! Needless to say, the deal fell through completely. T's complete inability to provide normal, regular documents required by HIS office, complete disregard for following through on anything, and uncaring, insensitive attitude, as well as NO sense of timing for anyone involved only shows that he's not someone you want to deal with RUN AWAY, RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.
