Buying or selling a house can be incredibly daunting and having an agent who is an energetic,…read moreinformed and most especially "on your side" makes all the difference. Last year a friend recommended Linda to us when we were seeking to sell our home in Roslindale and we have counted ourselves very lucky since. Linda is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market in general - she was a source of incredible insight into the market, the psychologies involved and how best to showcase our home. She also is a really vital part of the community as well. She knows the shop owners, florists, restaurant owners nearby by name. It's clear hers is not just a "market area" but a community of which she is an active and involved part. Linda was an astute professional knowing all the ins-and-outs of the regulations and processes and presented us with updated market comparisons as we went through the process. She helped us to be informed as to the market fluctuations (in a very topsy-turvy time). We put ourselves entirely in Linda's hands and she and her Team helped polish our modest house into a showpiece and walked us through every step to the happy sale. At the same time we were selling a house, Linda also helped me to get my next place, which I adore! Trying to sell one house and buy another is incredibly stressful and I was having difficulties on my own but then Linda helped steer me through beautifully. Even though it was outside her normal area of Boston she had a great grasp on the market there as well. It was her sage advice and guidance that enabled me to swoop in and get this new place in very competitive circumstances. She was invaluable in dealing successfully with somewhat antagonistic seller agent, recommending an incredible lawyer and knowing the best contractors I've ever had the good fortune to work with. To say Linda was there as a positive, supportive and knowledgeable advocate in a way that changed my life for the better is not an understatement. Linda was incredibly active, involved and committed as well as being a warm and generous advocate (unlike other real estate agents who might be passive or seem only interested in their cut). She is also a delight to spend time with - friendly, funny and kind. My Christmas card list is not big but Linda is on it! It can be scary to put yourself into a "dog-eat-dog" competitive and confusing real estate market but if you are looking for a warm, energetic, savvy agent who values community and has great knowledge and integrity, look no further than Linda. She is a jewel!

She anticipated several of my concerns and wishes for my new home, which made everything easier for me. Jill really knows the housing in and around Boston, so I knew she would find what I was looking for (or as close as possible). It turns out that the first home we looked at was the best one for me, but at my request, we looked at a few others so I could feel sure about my choice. We didn't look at so many that I lost out on the one I wanted, but it was helpful to have the comparisons. Recently, I was considering moving and went to an open house, and I asked Jill if she could take a look at it. She did, and she was able to easily answer some of the questions I forgot to ask the listing broker, and she gave me insightful information about the house, the neighborhood, etc. I ultimately decided that it's not the right time for me to move, but when I'm ready, I'll definitely be working with Jill again! I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

She is knowledgable, personable, smart and has an increditble business acumen. Jill exemplifies everything you would want in a Realestate Professional. My first experience working with Jill was when I purchased my Southend, Boston Condo. It was the 2nd realestate transaction I had ever done. I was a mere 29 years old at the time. I remember how intimidating it was to buy a City Place in such a sought after neighborhood. I never thought I would be able to find a suitable Condo that fit all my needs within my budget. Furthermore, many of the real estate agents that I had met through friends were a bit too "pretentious" for my liking. I met Jill by chance one day in the Southend and after spending about 30 minutes together, describing what I was searching for, we began to officially work together. She found me several options that met my needs, walked me through the offer process, helped me weigh the pros and cons of each potential Condo and most of all, she reminded me throughout the process that it was important to get what I wanted and not settle for anything less. Buying realestate is a large investment and if you are buying your "home" then there is also a personal aspect that you need to carefully consider. It is not a decision or process that is taken lightly. I am so grateful that I had someone like Jill to work with to ensure I made the right decisions. Over the years, I have enjoyed my homes on a personal level and have financially benefitted from those investments that Jill has helped me to secure.

A sudden divorce in my senior years had made living alone in a house with property in a semi-rural location too difficult for me to manage, so I made the decision to sell. Although 3rd on the 5 agent to vet list I was sent, I decided to interview Jill first based on my referrer's comment that I would like her. Wow, what an understatement! During my talk with Jill, it became quickly clear to me that here was a calm, straightforward, down-to-earth (my best compliment) , intelligent, thoughtful and very empathetic person, professional without attitude, knowledgeable and obviously very experienced yet with a fully hand-in-hand cooperative idea of the seller/seller's agent relationship. I hired her on the spot. Although I had had experience selling a relative's house prior, Jill walked me thru a much more involved and emotionally wrought several months with patience at my many texts, questions, and calls and with unsurpassed availability. She maintained a positive attitude throughout (this is simply who she is) and an exact knowledge of what I needed to do and, maybe more important, what I didn't need to do to get the house best fit for the sale I wanted. While she lived some distance from my home, she did the research necessary for my area, was accurate in her pricing while tolerating and respecting certain conditions I had set price-wise in order to be willing to sell this season, and she worked very hard and achieved my goals in the sales negotiations. Jill had waited for the ideal time to list and the house sold in 5 days. Jill is just a terrific agent, and a genuinely honest and kind person. I can't compliment her work on my sale enough, and her husband/agent Peter's assistance and support in my house prep was icing on the cake! Best possible experience and outcome during a difficult time in my life. Very grateful. Best, most professional realty service. Highest recommendation.

I should start off by saying that this review is long, LONG, overdue...renos take longer than…read moreexpected--sorry, Heather! With Heather's help, I purchased my first-ever property in January 2018. A condo in Waltham. The way we found out about Heather is actually a little funny... I was working with someone who I didn't seem to connect with, and started a new search for local realtors. My search led me exactly here, to Yelp, where I read so many great things about her. Getting in touch with her was very simple, and we clicked right away. For just about two years, Heather took me and my girlfriend to countless properties all over the metro-west, each time offering her honesty and expertise. Apart from selling properties, she also knows how to fix them up!--She is a jack of all trades. What started off as a very long list of must-haves slowly but surely boiled down to essentials...It's pretty funny now. But Heather was so accommodating, so patient, and always made her best effort at making sure we were getting into something that we would be happy with in the long-run. She never made a fuss about working around our work schedules, no matter how early or late.....or if we were in the midst of a nor'easter! She's always easy to reach by phone, text, or email. We never ever felt rushed or pressured. Heather's fun and easy-going attitude made a world of difference during such a complicated and long process. She became more than our realtor; she became a family friend. We are so glad to have met her. I'm confident that any one who works with her will feel exactly the same way, and we are very much looking forward to working with her again in the future. We love you, Heather. Thank you so much for everything. Sam and Krystal

Heather Heather Heather...What can i say about her…read more As a born and raised New Yorker, I accepted a job in the greater Boston area in Q4 2016. I began my new job in October. As part of the job offer, I received a relocation package where they connected me to Heather. Reading up on her website, she is known to be a relocation specialist. She is a specialist. She knows her ins and outs of houses/condos. She knows whats to look for. We connected early on, and I told her what I was looking for, price range, location, etc... and then she went to work. Once I got in the area, she took time out of her busy schedule to show me around the neighborhoods of Somerville, Brighton, Arlington, Watertown, Belmont. She is very knowledgeable of the greater Boston are. She knows which markets are hot and which are probably hard to re-sell if i ever plan to move on to a bigger place. Looking for a 2BR condo, we saw a slew of places. However, when I accepted an offer in NY on my property, she worked even harder to find me places for me. Finally I was connected a beautiful newly renovated condo in Watertown. Heather worked for me and was able to get an accepted offer within my price range. She worked hard on the P&S agreement and connected me with a real estate attorney in the area that she trusts. Unfortunately, the process of selling my NY coop and purchasing the condo in MA took much longer than anticipated due to my NY sale (another story), Heather did her best to console the MA seller that I am close and that I am eager to buy and I am willing to do whatever it takes. Eventually everything panned out. Heather gave me an awesome gift when she handed me the keys. She even showed up to my closing! It just shows how much she cares for her clients. I feel that she goes above and beyond to make her clients at ease. I was stressed out a lot because of the delays, and she kept on reaching out to me to reassure me. She was really helpful during the hard times. Finally closed this past Monday and moved in on Tuesday. She still helps me out when I ask for it - connecting me to the right people that she trusts. Oh I can continue to go on and talk about our trips to see different homes/areas but then this review will become a book. Let's just say that Heather kept me engaged and on my toes throughout the whole process. It was a joy, pleasure, and honor to work with her. I am so glad that my relocation specialist connected me with her. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place in the greater Boston area!
