Okay. My first impression walking into this shop, was "Nice, there's a bar and a sectional and a…read moretable and TV and music, there trying to make it comfortable and inviting" and my god was i not mistaken! Jonah and Zach, who were running the shop, super cool dudes, have some massive knowledge about Vaping. Juice, coils, devices, accessories, common myths, and even what makes certain devices go bad or perform on a sub par level. Most of the other employees showed up at closing time, and they are serious about keeping the place clean and running without any leaks. John the owner is absolutely determined to give everyone who walks into his shop an exceptionally special experience, whether its mixing your all time favorite juice, finding the perfect device for your needs, or just hanging out and talking to the customers and being integrated into the shop system. Instead of paying himself to sit behind a counter, John goes above and beyond and tailors everything to make SURE you have had an amazing shop experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. And If your juice somehow manages to be terrible, the full bottle brought back can be exchanged for an entirely new bottle of juice! These guys don't specialize in all the high end mods and devices, you will not be paying a fortune to Vape, and you will not find over priced goods here. Just Vape carries devices that they believe perform exceptionally well above others, have a good life and machine quality, and for the lowest price. They might not have the newest stuff the very day it comes out, but they have trustworthy and reliable devices that are sure to be a bang for you buck. They even have Perka perks! Early bird special, Sunday Special, buy one get one all week, and for a 15 ml of juice, only 6$ but be sure you have them check your Perka, after so many purchases you'll get free juice, and after so much free juice you become a VIP, which means even more free juice! There are dozens of flavors, scores of concentrates, these guys know how to make proper juice. Everything is done with precise measurements on sub milliliter levels, so your juice will be 99% consistent in terms of flavor AND nicotine. Definitely give this shop a chance, I can be sure the entire crew at Just Vape will be overly helpful to satisfy your needs. You can't touch the past. So why let it touch you? -Some cool dude.

The security guards are well your average security guards. I could go on but I guess I covered everything. Cheap smokes. No tax. Monies don't go to corporate slugs, mostly. That's all.

I've been going to this location for years and a review is long overdue. I can't say enough about…read moreChristian and his staff at the San Mateo location. Friendly, caring, helpful, and kind are all words I would use for everyone at this location. It's a very different experience from any other location I've been to. Oh and I want to talk about Greg's review. Greg, I'm talking to you Greg. You do realize that the Square point of sales system offers the ability to leave tips for any sale correct? They don't actually have any control over that and Square empowers small businesses to have cutting edge point of sales systems they normally wouldn't be able to afford. If you don't like how that is set up. Talk to Jack Dorsey. Yes, that Jack Dorsey, he owns and invented Square. What I would say to everyone else, is to disregard Greg's review. He's an entitled man Karen. I've been vaping since before vape shops were even a thing in the United States. I call the guys that run the Electronic Cigarette Convention in California friends for the better part of a decade. I've been into hundreds of vape shops in that time and this location has the most thoughtful and professional staff of any vape shop I've been in during my 15+ years of vaping (To give. you a time frame, when I started, Circuit City was still in business). The team at this location deserves tips, bonuses, and raises and i'll have words with anyone that says otherwise without hesitation.
