I've only written a handful of Yelp reviews, but my experience at Kota Vapes today was so great…read morethat I felt compelled to write one. From when I walked in to when I left (new vape and liquid in hand!) Kota was so friendly and patient. He walked me through exactly how a vape worked, the difference between different models, and even got mine all set up and swapped out a filter I couldn't use from the set for one I could. Throughout he explained each step and I feel confident that I can swap out a filter on my own now. He also clearly knows a ton about what he is selling and is enthusiastic about different flavors, types of vapes, and even the box art! And he was super easy going when I had to smell all the flavors before finally settling on two I really liked. The shop is clean and well-organized--nothing shady about it at all. I'll be back for sure.

The other place acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a couple questions. The guy just pointed never said a word. Also, the flavors they have were dope and they made me a pretty delicious mix of green apple and raspberry!

Hookah Experience: Don't use the in built in bar hookahs. Had a terrible experience with them both…read moretimes I tried it out. If you find yourself a seat, the traditional hooks are fine. Location: Parking is horrid on Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights. Don't even try to park here, use the strip mall across the street. Price: Great value for the quality of hookah and the specials are attractive also. For value, this is the spot. Venue: The pictures do this place justice. Outside of the bar area, it's not as glamorous as these pictures appear, but again, I would still come here, it's just worth mentioning. Summary: The staff is very attentive and this place is well worth the trip if you're looking for a place to smoke in the area. Again, parking is an issue and I had a bad experience with the built in bar hooks.

Once upon a time, this branch of Oasis was outstanding and the help extremely knowledgeable and…read moreable to assist with nearly any problem. The knowledge of the juice wares deep and wide, and IMO tasted quite a bit better. Now not so much. I haven't been to the Paseo store recently, but they rock. The last time not so much as the counter assistant informed they were unable to help with technical matters that didn't involve a product not under warranty. The owner of the one on 528 near Southern in RR was quite rude, and tried to blame me for not reading some warning on the wall that the included mini USP cable was required for a pen style/on board battery, when the fit had become impossibly sloppy, making charging near impossible. (as if that would have made a difference with a lousy jack receptacle. If you're looking for glass, the Menaul store has a huge selection. Can't comment on those prices. Long story short, stores vary in terms of customer service. The juices are OK, prices are so-so, the rewards have an expiration date one needs to me mindful of. Technical expertise is also highly variable, and looks to be less available than previously. Those of us who have been vaping for quite some time likely have standards that may no longer apply in todays highly commercial, legally restricted era. Those truly were the days. So take this review with a pinch of salt--we were spoiled, and the experience now is seldom the same. But I also believe Oasis has also been spoiled by it's success, and doesn't have the same attitude as a few years back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from. Most likely they…read morewere written by this establishment's employees and their friends, because this is by far THE WORST VAPE STORE I have ever happened across. The employees are awful. The girl couldn't explain anything properly, nor did she set up my newly purchased equipment properly. She actually ruined about $100 worth of stuff for me in total. She straight up lied to my face about the products I purchased. But that's not all! Their juice is garbage. Their prices are on the high end. Their products are garbage and they won't tell you the truth about them. Their employees apparently either have no idea what they are doing, or they are just trying to make excuses for why the other employees don't know what they are doing, or why they forgot to do this, and that, and this, and oh yeah this... I also found out they have a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy on RDA's and Mods(the only things you would actually want it for and just another thing on the long list of things they conveniently don't tell you at the time of sale) even when it's one of their own employees' fault that your product is broken. Don't waste your time, money, or energy at this awful establishment. They cannot be trusted.

I told him that I needed to get a joystick. I already have a clean chamber, so I don't need another one. I told him that I need a joystick and will even buy a chamber with the joystick if the joystick isn't sold on just its own. He sells me a chamber for the new proxy and I walk out with it after confirming it was for the new proxy and not the original proxy. I buy it and walk out. Less then a minute later as I'm walking out I check the chamber and then realize it didn't have the joystick. I immediately walked back in and asked for a refund on it because it didn't have the joystick, but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was denied a $60 refund on an item I had JUST purchased. I will not be going back here again, the store specializes a lot in puffco products, the staff should really be trained in that area as it's a big feature. Overall I will not be going back in, I literally tossed the chamber into the trash can.
