The last time not so much as the counter assistant informed they were unable to help with technical matters that didn't involve a product not under warranty. The owner of the one on 528 near Southern in RR was quite rude, and tried to blame me for not reading some warning on the wall that the included mini USP cable was required for a pen style/on board battery, when the fit had become impossibly sloppy, making charging near impossible. (as if that would have made a difference with a lousy jack receptacle. If you're looking for glass, the Menaul store has a huge selection. Can't comment on those prices. Long story short, stores vary in terms of customer service. The juices are OK, prices are so-so, the rewards have an expiration date one needs to me mindful of. Technical expertise is also highly variable, and looks to be less available than previously. Those of us who have been vaping for quite some time likely have standards that may no longer apply in todays highly commercial, legally restricted era. Those truly were the days. So take this review with a pinch of salt--we were spoiled, and the experience now is seldom the same. But I also believe Oasis has also been spoiled by it's success, and doesn't have the same attitude as a few years back.

We were welcomed by a person rocking a buzz cut and some sick tattoos, who took care of us the whole time. They showed us their selections and made the first experience less intimidating ! I went into the store to buy a puffco new proxy joystick. I told the guy there that I had bought…read morethe core attachment for my new proxy and that I had lost the joystick. I told him that I needed to get a joystick. I already have a clean chamber, so I don't need another one. I told him that I need a joystick and will even buy a chamber with the joystick if the joystick isn't sold on just its own. He sells me a chamber for the new proxy and I walk out with it after confirming it was for the new proxy and not the original proxy. I buy it and walk out. Less then a minute later as I'm walking out I check the chamber and then realize it didn't have the joystick. I immediately walked back in and asked for a refund on it because it didn't have the joystick, but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was denied a $60 refund on an item I had JUST purchased. I will not be going back here again, the store specializes a lot in puffco products, the staff should really be trained in that area as it's a big feature. Overall I will not be going back in, I literally tossed the chamber into the trash can.

I went to this location last Thursday 8/1. I was looking for a new torch to use, to light aflame…read more(obviously) which I found for 35$ in a matter of seconds from walking in. You do have to give the staff your ID in order to look around the store which is cool whatever. I got the torch home and discovered it was out of Butane. I called the store and the young girl told me they sell the Butane separately which would have been nice to know at the store, that's like selling lighters with no lighter fluid or toys with no batteries. So I run out and buy some the same night from a different smoke shop. The next thing I noticed is the torch leaks the Butane so as soon as I fill it up its empty again. Come on ! Please stop selling faulty torches and let your customers know to buy butane before they leave to save them time. Of course there are no returns which the snooty staff make very clear. Now I know why you don't have returns because the damn things don't work to begin and now you guys don't have to pay me back. I wont be returning to this smoke shop and will gladly take my money somewhere else.
