I've been to a different vape shop (I won't say the name of the shop, but it rhymes with "mOASIS" and the difference was night and day. The other place acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a couple questions. The guy just pointed never said a word. They don't carry common coils. Kind of odd for a vape shop. Seems like a cool place otherwise as the two guys working were pretty friendly.

The employee was nice but apathetic. He couldn't give me an recommendation on disposable vapes because he said he doesn't use them. And that was all he said. He could've at least told me which disposables were the most popular sellers. I've been in several times over the last few years and the inventory and service isn't good compared to other Albuquerque vape stores. read more

Walked into JUST VAPE and was greeted by Cole... He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!!! He mixed two juices for me on the spot, mixed them PERFECTLY!! The store is simple and clean as a whistle.... Excellent location too... I got the Walter White and the ELVIS juice today, and they are excellent... The prices are crazy affordable!! Just Vape is an awesome place to pick up vaping supplies. I needed a top seal for my Smok Baby Beast and I was worried because I thought I would have to order them online and be unable to vape for a week or longer. Well, Just Vape carries the seals. Walked into the store and I was greeted by the friendly staff. Funny thing... I purchased the wrong size seals. My sister called the shop and the employee was extremely apologetic and assured her they would exchange the seals. Voila! I now have the right seals and I am back to vaping! VERY disappointed with the amount DISRESPECT I was shown on my visit today!! Been coming to this shop for at least a couple of years and when I come in I spend $20-$30 every visit. In the past, I have nothing but good to say about the great customer service and have always been treated as a valued customer. I'm not sure what the guy's problem was that I dealt with today, but I have NEVER been treated so RUDELY!! My go to vape shops when I'm in Albuquerque. The staff are always so helpful and upbeat. They really know their juices. I've only had one I didn't like and that's personal preference. All the juices are mixed while you wait. They also have some really good specials on juices run daily. They always let me know that they ship and would be happy to accommodate anytime. I came in to get some new batteries and coils. One of the guys who helped me had horrible customer service. They seemed bugged I came in and they stood their looking at me until I told them what I came for. Once I told them I came for a coil they looked and me and said very rudely "what kind". In every way they seemed bugged to take my order. Very unprofessional employees. Won't be returning to this store due to bad customer service. read more

Didn't even get an apology when I went to try to get a refund or new juice for a juice that they had just made that when opened and trying to refill my rig , the cap fell off and juice fell all over me without even squeezing it. Be sure to review return policy, they are quick to sell faulty product verbally ensuring the equipment will work on any cartridges but when it does not they refuse to exchange or refund you your money. They should take time to fully Educate their employees on return policies. read more

Stuck at home to avoid the virus and worried about how I was going to get my vape juice because all stores are shut down in the area. Guess Trump doesn't consider vapers as important as smokers. Whatever. Bought a pack of smokes and was pissed at having to pay the price of the pack and tasting like ashtray once again! I quit smoking by vaping and was concerned that I was going to pick the habit back up. Decided to call around to find someone, anyone who was open to buy my juice from. Just Vape has ALWAYS been our "go to" vape shop, because we love the employees and the quality of product that they sell, but the shop we normally go to on San Pedro is closed. So, calling around to all the shops in town out of necessity I somehow called Just Vape on Coors. I was surprised that they answered the phone but was excited to hear a voice on the other end of of the phone. He informed me that the stores were closed but they were still shipping from their online store @ www.justvape.us I ordered on Saturday afternoon and by Monday afternoon my order was waiting for me and waiting for me in the mailbox! I am so glad that they are still there to help me with my vaping needs, even from their online site, and I know, once again, why I have stayed loyal to them! For the 3rd time now I have gone to this business during there regular business hours. It states online and at there door that they are open until 10:00 P.M. when you go up to the front doors there is clearly multiple employees in the shop who quickly disperse to the back where they can't be seen. This is happening around 6:30 P.M. It's not very difficult to help a customer at a vape shop. Do not go here!!!! You never know when you will get service. read more

I went in for the first time today after being referred by my friend! They guys in the shop were super friendly, I only went in to buy juice, but ended up getting such a great happy hour deal, that I decided to replaced my tank that was in dire need of replacement! So if you head that way, they offer the same great service. I just hate going to sister stores at other vape shops and get crap service.
