I have lived here for 3 years now and when I read the reviews I honestly was scared. Andrea assured me the fixed most of the issues and I think the last time I heard the fire alarm go off was a month after I moved in 3 years ago and maybe on the occasional test. My issues have been with tenants who don't clean up after their animals especially when they are next to the free provided bags and bin or the others whose dog stops and pees in the hallways and not reprimand, no concern just walks off like nothing happened. The greater concern is the tenants who don't give a f*+k about the place they live in like someone else is supposed to clean up after your ass. Staff is super and responsive! At 8 years old there is some maintenance to carpets in hallways as people drag their leaking trash bags down the hall SMH. The only other issue I have is rent seems to go up with each new lease and I understand that with inflation but inflation is holding now and rent is still going up... this might cause me to look elsewhere will have to see what next lease brings. read more

Those dumpsters by the entrance to the parking garage should be a hazard but it's private property. They stink and always are overflowing since the day the condo opened summer 2018. They are open to the public and everyone knows to dump their garbage and construction waste there for free. I'm certain new residents are not shown these dumpsters as they check out the place and end up signing the lease. They are shown the garage from the inside entrance as they park in the front visitors entrance by the leasing office. The gravel pit on the corner of the property is another place that big construction vans come and take their lunch breaks, parking in the gravel for hours. read more

The dumpsters and trash shutes The dumpsters are constantly overflowing since we moved here and the shutes, a great amenity, have now been closed indefinitely. So, with my 1 year old son, as you can imagine going downstairs with him and trash and attempting to throw it over the top is more than a challenge. The doggie poop bags The dog bags are always empty meaning ppl aren't able to pick up after their pets so the whole beautiful walk way around the complex smells absolutely repulsive. Which is a shame because it's so nice to go on a walk with my son but you can't with the stench surrounding you and stepping in dog waste in the grass. The outdoor lights around the pond The lights surrounding the beautiful pond have been off/broken since I moved here. Again, I have a 1 year old so we like going on walks and it gets dark at 5:30pm. So our later walk is after sun down. Well, we can no longer take that walk because the lights are out and it's very dark and unsafe. The power outages These only affect our apartment and very bothersome and inconvenient. Fire alarm The fire alarm has gone off more times than I could possibly count. 4am-4:30am about 2 weeks ago. This week, it has gone off every single day so far, sometimes twice a day. So my child is screaming, all the dogs surrounding us are barking, and we don't know if it's real and to evacuate or if it's just another mishap. read more

Cheaply made apartments. Constant fines and over priced apartments for poor quality living. The fire alarms go off often and sewer spillage and leaks happen often. RENTERS BEWARE THE LEASE CANNOT BE BROKEN EVEN IF YOU DIE IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT. the lease contract has so many red flags. The office ladies are rude and unhappy to do anything. I do not recommend for families or first time renters. This place has mold. 130's and 120s definitely have mold due to sewage leakage and leaking pipes in the walls. This also draws the roaches into your home. The parking garage always floods when it rains. You will see plumbers unclogging the out door sewer grates and the hallway pipes almost every other week. The dumpsters are always full. I believe someone almost sued the place because they wouldn't let them out of the lease because or black mold and mold poisoning. She left a few days later... also have fun making friends here. A lot of the residents here are rude and complain a lot about irrelevant things and are discriminatory. When you do live here and they ask you to share your experience on rentgrata and invite you to the app they have the workers pretend to be people looking for apartments and get you to say your experience and basically spy on you and try to get info on what you said and make you not share your truthful honest opinion when that's what the app is for. Have fun getting maintenance or the property manger here to do anything. They will blame shit on you and fee you. Also don't expect them to show up on the weekends if you have a maintenance emergency they won't show up til Monday. Also they will never clean or fix anything properly. Andrea Jones will lie through her teeth just to get it her way. Also the new assistant to do Andrea dirty work is Chloe. Mind you most of the people the work here live here too, including Andrea, Chloe and the Mexican "contractors". If you already signed the lease. Bless you. Be prepared to fight. I hope you have a lot of money too. They will fee you constantly for shit you didn't do. read more

I would NEVER recommend anyone living here. Getting into the apartment was very easy, and the current staff at the time was very willing to help as it was a time sensitive situation. During our lease, new management took over, which she will not give you the time of day until you move out, and the green really went downhill within the 14 months we've stayed other than the one girl brittany up front who was always eager to help. Your neighbors have zero respect for you even when you make noise complaints, there is never action done. Of course you have the right to make a noise complaint, but before your concerns are respected, you need to call and have an "on-site deputy" come into your house at 11 pm to hear the noise for himself before any course of action is taken. The longer you stay, the more your rent increases to makeup for the money they lose when people move out. They assure you carpets are replaced and apartments are re painted prior to each move-in only to not tell you that you will be the one paying for the carpet and paint needed at the end of your lease for the next person who lives there. Truly it's disappointing because it's a beautiful establishment, just rundown by people who forget they're robbing the families that make their paychecks. If you like waking up in the middle of the night or early mornings to the complex fire alarm going off then this may be the place for you. The monthly and sometimes weekly false alarms are no longer a reason to evacuate the building, instead its a reason to get out of bed, and sit on your balcony taking in the crisp morning air (usually before sunrise). In addition to the crisp air, you also get to hear the sweet sounds of the fire alarm going off all throughout the complex. This beautiful sound can be described as the "most annoying sound in the world" by Loyd Christmas from the movie dumb and dumber (for those who haven't seen the movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cVlTeIATBs ) As an added bonus if your a single female looking to meet the firefighter of your dreams, then these frequent false alarms are the perfect time to sit in the hallway handing out snacks to the firemen as they go floor by floor making sure that there is no fire. As an added added bonus, the complex management has been kind enough to pass the false alarm fines issued by the fire marshal on to us residents in the form yearly rent increases. However, if you've read everything above you'll understand why we don't mind these rent increases. Now let's talk about rent. They have recently changed payment companies for online payments. You're probably thinking "why mention this it sounds pretty boring". Well you couldn't be more wrong, each month is a guessing game on how much more the new company will try and charge you, and how long it will take management to correct the problem (currently this month it's charging me over $400 extra, and after several phone calls management still hasn't fixed it, and today is the last day to pay before late fees). This is a great opportunity for kids to practice their math, "If Johnny's rent is $1300 a month, but he is charged $1700 plus a $50 late fee because management failed to correct the problem, how much money is Johnny getting screwed out of? Let's move on the to the first floor dumpster views. The dumpsters used to be located behind the complex parking garage, but one day management realized that the residents on the first floor closest to the garage had to look at a concrete wall when they'd sit on their balcony. Always worried about the residents management decided to move the dumpsters in the small alleyway right between the first floor and the parking garage. Now when the residents sit on their balconies they have a dumpster view instead of a wall, and they get to see what everyone else is throwing away. Let's not forget that crisp morning air i mentioned when talking about the false fire alarms, not only do the first floor residents in the back get the crisp air, but they get to smell everyone else's aromas coming out of the dumpster. Nothing quite hits the nose like the combination of baby diapers and sun baked seafood. I could go on an on about how great this place is, but I think you get the point. read more

First allow me to say that this property gave me life as I toured it with Ms. Emily, whom i might add was there for me the entire step of the way, from my application process to my approval. I had so many questions and she answered all of them. I love the professionalism she possessed and how she was concerned about what I was actually looking for in a home and not just trying to rent me an apartment. The property itself has all of the amenities I was looking for plus more. I am fascinated with the large windows, elevators and parking garage, not to mention that kitchen, Whew.... I moved to this apartment around the end of 2018 and the building was still fairly new once I moved in. This place is so beautiful! I felt very safe here, as I was a young college girl living alone and if I ever had a problem the office would always be a call away! The pool, gym, game room, and the computer room were definitely a bonus! If I didn't have to move out of town I definitely would still be living there! 10/10 would recommend! read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are many other apartment complexes in the area with more competent management and I highly recommend living there instead. My lease was up in June, I paid my last months rent and never heard from them again. I was locked out of my payment portal and they did not take the time to forward my mail or send me a bill to my new address. A month later I got a call from a collections agency saying that I owed my deposit + a fee for not giving them a 60 day notice. I did give them a 60 day notice but due to Covid nobody was in the office to get my warning even though I left multiple voicemails. Once I finally spoke with Wynter (Don't even bother trying to speak with Emily) she told me that they made a mistake and would clear my balance. That was only after I had paid the fee to the collections agency because I did not want it to go on my credit. The collections agency has reassured me that the Green now has the payment and it is out of their hands. It has now been 2 months and they have yet to refund me. I have called the corporate office and sent multiple emails over the last few months and have still not heard back. I am completely disappointed with the way they have handled this on top of the horrible attitude by management. read more
