It has a walk in shower in the master bedroom, rooms are a nice size. The front bedroom is a little larger but has a bathroom with a tub. The kitchen is beautiful. It has an open area so it doesn't feel closed in. I loved the set up. Lots of counter space and there is room for a few counter highth bar stools. The pantry is small so I also use the linen closet(in hall area) as a pantry. There is a hall closet and a nice size laundry room. You can put a rack or small table in there. There are two large walk in closets in both bedrooms. It has a nice size patio with a small storage closet. The complex is very nice. There is a workout room, a room where you can sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a lobby that you can also sit and enjoy the fireplace during cold weather. There is a nice size pool. There is a barbecue area off of the pool. The residents are very nice. There are many senior and younger people living here. They have about 10 buildings with some having garages on the first floor. There are also garages throughout the property that you can rent. There are two sizes, large and regular with enough space for one vehicle and storage. It is located close to Hwy 21 and north of I-12. The office staff is wonderful and they have a great maintenance crew that takes care of all your needs. There are lots of restaurants, a Winn Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, gas stations, an Ochsner complex, and other businesses on Hwy 21. It is worth checking it out if you are looking for an apartment.

My issues have been with tenants who don't clean up after their animals especially when they are next to the free provided bags and bin or the others whose dog stops and pees in the hallways and not reprimand, no concern just walks off like nothing happened. The greater concern is the tenants who don't give a f*+k about the place they live in like someone else is supposed to clean up after your ass. Staff is super and responsive! At 8 years old there is some maintenance to carpets in hallways as people drag their leaking trash bags down the hall SMH. The only other issue I have is rent seems to go up with each new lease and I understand that with inflation but inflation is holding now and rent is still going up... this might cause me to look elsewhere will have to see what next lease brings.

My rental renewal will be next month and I decided to stay because I have Antonio as my contact with this complex. Also, I want to add one more staff to my review: Troy. Troy is an outstanding employee. In my opinion, he needs a raise. He works hard and quick. The property is poorly maintained, with trash frequently left around the premises and dog waste scattered throughout the community. After being a resident for seven years, I was unexpectedly charged $3,500 for carpet replacement, which I believe is excessive and unreasonable. To make matters worse, when I spoke with Felicia to discuss the matter, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude rather than assistance or understanding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If you are considering moving here, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a community that values its residents and provides better customer service and property maintenance.
