A year later, I was able to make the trip, and the ticket somehow magically had dropped to nearly half the already-discounted price! Score! Terry's assistant had researched it for my spring 2021 trip, and found that virtually-free fare, and told me I'll have credit left over for future travel! Amazing! I love these people! It's not the first time I've used them, and I will continue to in the future. Jason coordinated all the remaining particulars of the trip for me (excursions, additional stays on the front and back end of the trip, and transportation). In the middle of the trip, Hurtigruten e-mailed all the participants about a daylong delay. Within two minutes of my getting that notice, Jason also messaged to let me know. He was totally on top of things and stayed in touch with Hurtigruten to find out exactly what was happening and determine the impact to the rest of our itinerary.
