Terry kept track of my reservations with the airline, which she said were eligible for a full credit when I reschedule, even though I paid for a non-refundable fare! A year later, I was able to make the trip, and the ticket somehow magically had dropped to nearly half the already-discounted price! Score! Terry's assistant had researched it for my spring 2021 trip, and found that virtually-free fare, and told me I'll have credit left over for future travel! Amazing! I love these people! It's not the first time I've used them, and I will continue to in the future. I'm so glad they've managed to stay in business all these years, with all the ups and downs the US economy has been though. Hang in there, team!

She kept fiddling with the departure for the new itinerary to Portugal, Spain and Paris, so that I could get from the Land of Enchantment to Europe without spending forever just to get there. She knows many of the hotels we were considering and found great ones. She researched trains vs. Viator and put together a terrific itinerary. Finally, she is nailing the intricacies of travel insurance. I feel like I've had a terrific set of travel tapas (appetizers), and am so ready now for a long-awaited vacation. Anne

John with Jadd Fong Travel was so great to work with that we're planning on booking our next vacation with him! We booked our first cruise ever and wanted more guidance than just getting a cheap price online and doing all the legwork ourselves. John has been such a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he has been professional and he is always smiling, laughing, joking and having a good time. He's been a travel agent for many years and is extremely knowledgeable, especially about cruises. He makes himself available to you day and night and never once made me feel like I was pestering him when I asked him detailed questions. He was able to book us an amazing room with an ocean view for less than what we would have paid just using an online service like Expedia, and he even secured us some on-board credits to use. He took care of everything so that we just had to sit back and wait for our departure date. If you need to book a trip and want a little more guidance, give John at Jadd Fong Travel a chance! You won't be disappointed!

Fortunately, Jason saw a post I made on Hurtigruten's Facebook page and he asked if he could help. I am so thankful that I turned my reservation over to him! Jason coordinated all the remaining particulars of the trip for me (excursions, additional stays on the front and back end of the trip, and transportation). In the middle of the trip, Hurtigruten e-mailed all the participants about a daylong delay. Within two minutes of my getting that notice, Jason also messaged to let me know. He was totally on top of things and stayed in touch with Hurtigruten to find out exactly what was happening and determine the impact to the rest of our itinerary. The morning I was leaving, Jason texted me at 3:00 a.m. to let me know that the transportation he had arranged for me was waiting in front of the hotel. That is what I call great service! I highly recommend Jason. He was a real lifesaver!
