I wouldn't order anything from them again. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can't recommend anyone else use them, either. TL:DR; if TGE screws up, they are not interested in doing anything to make it right. I ordered 10 shirts for a school club/team I am in charge of. I submitted a design using their online designer and coordinated with a sales rep (Tara) to get individual names on the back. Five days later, I approved the artwork and checked to make sure all the names were spelled correctly, which they were on the approval form. Approved. Two weeks later, I had no word from TGE. I emailed Tara again and she tersely informed me that getting the garments in was taking longer than usual ~because COVID~ and they should arrive by 10/05. This is definitely out of TGE's control, but Tara was clearly annoyed I was bold enough to ask for an update. No shipping notice or info was provided. And yes, one of the shirts had the wrong name on it. The name was right on the artwork I approved and wrong on the shirt, which means someone was simply careless when printing my items. It also means not all of my girls have their shirts and my wait for the correct shirt is two weeks, minimum. And what does TGE's stellar customer service have to say about it? Megan and Nora have repeatedly reassured me that they will ship me the correct shirt at "no extra cost." As if I'm supposed to be thankful that they are getting me the correct item weeks later due to their own carelessness. I made it clear I expected some type of discount applied to the invoice to make it right, they reiterated that they were "covering the cost of obtaining, printing, and shipping the correct shirt." I needed basketball jerseys for my rec team and was referred to The Graphic Edge by someone else in my league. I must admit the first jerseys they sent us were not what we thought they would be. The issue was the printing and the jersey fabric (which was more like a mesh than a solid fabric). I wasn't happy with the initial order, and got in touch with them about a refund or reorder. They worked quickly with me to resolve the problem, and get us new and improved jerseys. Just make sure you communicate with them up front about what you are looking for. I think they owe me stars.... let me start by saying that I have placed several team orders in the past. I have NEVER had such a frustrating time placing an order, nor such a disappointing result in receiving an order. First, I guess I should have known after, not exaggerating, at least 15-20 emails and several phone calls that there was going to be a problem with our order. I sent a spreadsheet of exactly what we needed to avoid any printing errors. Welp, whatta ya know?? I get the order and shirts that aren't supposed to have sleeve print, have sleeve prints.... one sweatshirt is missing completely. My favorite though... is this one, one of the sweatshirts that is supposed to be an extra large arrives printed on a large. I email them and their response is, does the large fit? Not, I'm sorry... nothing. Does the large fit???? If they wanted a large... they would have ordered a large!!! They did replace that sweatshirt, but only offered a $50 credit on the sleeve mishap. That was a 3% credit of our order. Really?? That's the best you could do??? Not worth the headache... if I were this company, I would want to try to make it right. I was excited to work with Graphic Edge for merchandise and printing for my indoor cycling studio. It seemed they had a wide array of brands and garments at market whole sale price. This is where the positivity stops - I had ordered some sample garments before placing the order. The process itself was redundant and inefficient, and when the order finally arrived, all sizes were incorrect. I called customer service to correct the order (which had been all via email), and the two women I'd worked with were both short, unapologetic (obviously, it's our fault!), and unaccommodating. Instead of correcting their mistake, I had to place an entire new order (and pay again) for the garments. In the meantime, I found a company with higher end garments, super friendly customer service and a customization philosophy that works so well for small companies like us (we love you, GTS Clothing!). Anyway, if you're small and need anything other than a mass order without design variation, I recommend staying clear. read more

I placed an order using the link sent to me, before the closing dare. When placing the order it states that the order can be cancelled at any time before the closing date. In talking with my student athlete we decided to add to my current order so I emailed the company and waited for 2 days for a reply. I got nothing so I called. The woman that I spoke with was very short with me and less than helpful and stated that I could not alter my order because it was already filled (it was still 3 days before the order closing date at this point) npr could I cancel. I ended up having to place a whole 2nd order for my additional item, including having to pay the additional shipping cost. read more

I don't think that this place should be open. I have ordered a pair of sweatpants in September and still have not received them and it is now February. I think that it is ridiculous they said 2 to 3 weeks and now it has been 6 months. I am never ordering from this place every again. read more

Worst experience ever ordering from this site!!! Didn't know my daughter making the schools team was going to give me such a headache! Shes happy as can be though. First i chatted a few times with no help. No one knew about the product and no one had the correct sizing chart. I had tried to look around the web and had no success. So i did my part, i was not just a lazy person contacting them without doing my part first. No help there. Then finally later in the evening i decided to call. I called and the phone must have rang about 30 times before someone came on the line not saying their name nor the place i was calling. I explained why i was calling then she played it off like she couldn't hear me. (Riiiiight) Then when she finally heard me, she couldn't find the product so she gave me and email address to send her the link the school had given me. She said she would wait for it. Uhm lies!!! She decided to hang up instead. When i redialed, i learned that i was calling after business hours. This rude lady could not be bothered 2 minutes past quitting time! Now thats real customer service!
