But when Luis sent over the estimate, he included this; "We will make sure it fits before we leave." Smart man. And guess what, Luis was right. The wood on the cabinet underneath was not allowing the cook top to fit and it too needed to be cut. The men picked up the cook top a few times in order to try to see if it fits. Very personable, kind men. The only thing I didn't like was the dust but when you have to cut granite inside a house, it can't be avoided, unless they tape up plastic. But, you still get dust. The estimate was 275-475 and it completed the work for 325 cash. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them.

I understand that sometimes delays and unforseen events can happen, but I don't appreciate how many times I was told that my order was going to "definitely arrive this friday", or "I will call you and let you know where your order is", or my favorite "I will personally deliver the order to your house as soon as it comes off the truck". This was the first time I've ever had to buy tile or remodel a room. I wouldn't go back to this place. I don't know if other places are better, but to protect myself in the future I'll make sure to select materials way in advance from now on.

This company installed granite countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen seven years ago. While the…read moreoverall work was acceptable, the seams between the granite pieces were not properly sealed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this at the time and ended up spending thousands of dollars repainting my cabinets, only to recently learn from another contractor that water had been seeping through the faulty seam all along, causing additional damage. When I contacted the company, they asked for $300 to reseal it, which feels unreasonable given that this appears to be an installation issue. I even offered to wait until they were working in the area, since it's a quick fix, but they were not willing to accommodate. I would recommend looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides better long-term support. Also, if possible, avoid placing seams near the sink--what seems like a minor detail can lead to significant damage over time.
