Finally made it to the Graduate. I was glad to see for the most part it is unchanged although they could've remodeled those bathrooms. I am grateful that they ripped out that ancient carpet though! I was also happy to see the ribeye steak sandwich was still on the menu which is exactly what we all ordered. It was very good although I prefer the old way of putting the condiments on yourself. I ended up taking the warm lettuce off my sandwich. Next time I'll order it without. French fries and onion rings were also delicious. Just like before you order at the counter and pick your food up. Staff that night was very friendly and courteous. They still have plenty of seating, a full bar, a handful of games and a couple of pool tables. I got the word that this was under new ownership and had to travel to Stockton to eat some lunch with family. I have many great memories of this place when I was younger and this trip didn't disappoint. When we arrived it looked new but had the old school Graduate feel. The service was great and they have a wide variety of beers to choose from. We went with the Voodoo Ranger IPA. We also ordered the Grad Burger, Buffalo Wings, Cheesesteak sandwich and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. All of the food tasted good and it was served with steak fries which were delicious! Great sports bar vibe with TVs, video games, pool tables, beer, full bar and terrific food. The Glendale sandwich - roasted turkey, bacon, onions, lettuce and tomato on a toasted roll - is my go-to. My wife loved the hand-dipped corn dog - better than any corn dog at the fair. The burgers and pizza are killer. They have apps and steak fries. The atmosphere here is a nice family friendly establishment. There is a bar but it is nicely placed to the side. Plenty of seating. The parking could be a lot could be bigger but I guess we went on a busy day. It was a Sunday. Every screen had the World Cup on and that was nice but with the noise we couldn't hear it. Now, for the food. I ordered a jr burger meal and a personal combo pizza. It came out to $30 and some change. The burger tasted like a kids Super Star Burger. If you've ever eaten there they are a 4 on a scale of 10. It was ok. The combo pizza kind of reminded me of a hand tossed Dominos pizza but maybe a little softer dough. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. I like that Michael's or David's style pizza. This one is ok. There are a lot of other things on the menu and the pricing is a little high. My husband also bought a beer for $6. He isn't used to 2026 prices. He's an old timer and misses the 1990's pricing. I mean who doesn't?! They do have points you can earn but not really sure what that would go towards. The games for kids was ok. The old school pool tables are still there. Bring quarters. It cost $1.50 to play. Overall it seems like a nice place to visit at least once. Give it a try. Place was packed! Had a hard time finding a place to sit and could barely hear the person calling out the orders. Come with patience and good ears. Ordered garlic cheese bread, personal pizza, grad burger, jr grad burger, fish and chips. The garlic bread was NOT good, wouldn't order again. Used a fake tasting spread that gave it a tangy taste. The burgers were good with the exception of the bun. The bun fell apart on the grad burger making a mess to eat. A sturdier bun would work better for a juicy burger like this. The fries were average could have been served hotter. The fish and chips were good and huge pieces of fish. 2 pieces served with the order. The personal pepperoni was just ok. Not the pizza of the og graduate that's for sure! The dough needed to be thinner and sauce not so sweet. It was just ok for me. Would I order the pizza again, not sure? I'd order the burger again. We order from DoorDash, the pizza is so good. Very flavorful and the crust is fluffy. I enjoyed the buffalo wings, they were a really good size. This was a family favorite growing up. We would come here all the time to celebrate birthdays or just to enjoy drinks & food. It was sad to hear that they had closed down. Wanted to celebrate the libras in our family, so we were ecstatic to hear that they had opened back up again. The makeover is nice and pretty much has the same layout as before. Good to see the grad back open. Brought back memories of the original Graduate. It was nice to see the most of the old decor intact after the fire. I ordered a Glendale it was about $16. Fries and sandwich were good. The true test was the graduates signature drink the world famous Long Island iced tea. Looked great in the old school Glass carafe, but for $11 it was pretty weak. Couldn't taste any alcohol it was definitely a disappointment. The bartender wasn't the most attentive either. I sat with any empty glass for 10 minutes. She even walked by and just ignored it. I miss the old wings. These aren't nearly as good as the old days here when you got the full wing. Soggy now.

The bathrooms were clean. I only had one drink and a shot, nothing really too much to say about those. But call me crazy. I just think you should acknowledge your customers when they walk in or sit down. I sat at the bar, they looked like they were busy with the register so I waited a few minutes and responded to some emails, but no one acknowledge me whatsoever. I tried to get the woman's attention when she walked past me for the second time, but I guess she didn't hear me but yeah if I was comfortable enough to stay a little longer, maybe I'd have more to say, but didn't feel very welcomed. Excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, full bar. The only suggestion for improvement would be that most of the bartenders seemed pretty inexperienced.
