Don't be fooled! They only give you good service before you buy the product. After spending $500-1500 you will sign a non-refundable receipt. If you can't afford it they will convince you to sign up for a terrible credit card. After that the great customer service ends. They will lie to you for weeks about retuning your call, they will hang up the phone on you. They are SALES people not real Podiatrist. Scammers. Jason still owes me a call from 2 months ago. I came to the good feet store and I did the free Try on and I thought it was too expensive but then I spent two years spending money at the podiatrist and nothing no cure. He hobbled into their Naples store with my help and we were soon ensnared into a very proficient sales person's presentation. We were sold the entire package in excess of $1700. After dealing with extreme heel pain for longer than I can remember I finally was able to find relief with visiting this store! I was skeptical at first after trying so many different options (including orthotics from my doctor and several rounds of cortisone shots!) I finally decided to go out on a limb when I saw the commercials running. I guess I was surprised at the great service I received in the store, the support specialist took a lot of time trying to help me find which products were going to help my issue. Several weeks in now I already feel the difference, I'm doing things I haven't done in years and now that its 2018 I feel like this is a new year and a new me thanks to this store, I'm literally able to go back to Disney thanks to these supports ! read more

I recently had surgery after I seen a chiroprator and needed to get some insoles to balance my legs and feet. Jay, the manager, was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. He was very thorough in the process and how to use the inserts give and the care for them. They sell shoes but that isn't the primary reason for the store. The price was worth it, especially what you may pay somewhere else with subpar service. read more

I have to agree with Jenifer K. I sat down with the sales person and unfortunately I neglected to ask her what the price was, my expectation was it was around $600. For their three-step system they want $1200, they'll give you $100 discount for buying all 3+ $30 for insoles, plus plus plus. They won't fit in my tennis shoes, which means I have to go out and buy different tennis shoes. I lost one the first night I had it, apparently the Velcro did not hold onto the sandal, but I did happen to find it back where I lost it, lucky me!! I wore the strengthening ones in my tennis shoes and pretty much had blisters only wore them for 30 minutes and it was just too difficult. Don't waste your time or spend your money on these, apparently the Walking Store has them for 40 or $50. These are not custom, they pull them out of a box. read more

My insoles are about two years old, and since I've been using them, in all of my shoes, my feet, which have extremely high arches, have not been hurting until yesterday when I chose a different pair of shoes without my insoles. Before the Good Feet Store had a location in Fort Myers, Florida, I drove from Fort Myers to their Naples, Florida location. I was fitted for the most uncomfortable orthotics that I've ever worn. The male representative told me that I'd have to get use to them. I never got use to them and ended up throwing them away. If I'm remembering correctly, I paid over $800 for these horribly uncomfortable orthotics. Several months later, I received a phone call from a female from the Good Feet Store, who called to ask how I liked them. I told her how uncomfortable they were. She suggested I continue to try them until I got use to them. I never heard from them again. They sold me three pairs of orthotics with different heights/thicknesses. The lowest level was still uncomfortable. I'm leaving this review because I watched their TV commercials and truly expected "instant relief", which did not happen. And as I continue to see these commercials, I want others to know that has not been my experience! read more

I have been dealing with foot pain for over 2 years. Multiple cortisone shots, physical therapy, orthotics and have had no relief. My heel pain was unbearable and it's kept me from doing anything in my life. My doctors suggested a calf surgery or the shock wave therapy but that wasn't a guarantee to help.. i was visiting from out of town and was suggested to go here. Don't fall for the advertising. Real people (actors) talking about how these inserts changed their lives. One says, "I'll stop in, what do I have to lose?" I'll tell you: $1,000. Non refundable, and that should be a warning. But people will do anything for something that promises to relieve your pain. When you try them on in the store, initially they pinch the nerve in your foot and pain disappears ( the hook) . But soon the magic goes away. But I kept trying for months and after a year completely gave up. So for my situation, lower back pain, it was a complete bust. Maybe I can save someone some money by writing this review.
