While I was there a woman came up to warn me of this and said she had been stuck with a pair of shoes that were too large and had been given no satisfaction. This is a very unethical store with unbelievably rude owner and sales people. Never go here because you will regret it.

The woman who was working when I went in was very helpful and educated me on the major brands and how I should navigate shopping. She was nice and very helpful. The selection has the major brands and lots of sizes. I highly recommend this place for any beginner runner who is starting their running journey and needs supplies/advice.

The lady told us that she is from Florence, Italy. And so she is a real shoe expert. My wife found a pair of reduced sandals. The lady stated that these are better than Birkenstocks, as we told her being from Germany and loving Italy, specially the Tuscany region. The price was reduced from $150 to some 80 Dollars. Quite interesting shoes, we chatted about italian shoes and then the saleswoman said that germans only want cheap, cheap and cheap. And they do have all broken feet of all the cheap shoes. The shoes my wife shows interests in had a footbed, that loosens in a one inch region. "Oh that's no problem" the saleswomen told us. "You're standing on it - that's ok". This is not ok! I'm not happy when somebody who wants to sell me something tells me i only want it cheap. Cheap is the attitude of that saleswoman. Poor how she talks to customers. Sorry lady - you should be fired and replaced by someone with respect to others. And 80 Dollars for something defect - no way! You may try that in Florence, but even there i would not accept that. So be aware when entering that shop!

She ended up purchasing a very cute white pair with rope for the ties, which looked very nautical and cute. Almost all the shoes were the same price - $90. Steep, but worth the price- these babies last forever!!!!! I have a couple pair myself, and they are so comfy and stylish. The assistant who helped me and my kiddo was very helpful and courteous. I would have given this store a 5 star rating, but they were out of her size on many styles. Luckily her favorite ones had her size. :)

As a young teenager I used to love coming to look at the evening gowns and dreaming about wearing one! I wanted nothing more than to try on every single one and sashay around the store! I've never had a problem with customer service...they've always been pretty welcoming and helpful. They were always very attentive to what specifically you were looking for and trying to help in the best way possible. Oh, and I'm not sure if they still do this, but whenever you'd buy something they'd send you a personalized note in the mail. I always thought it was a really nice touch...they'd remember my name (which I'm sure is in a database, but whatever), and things we talked about like school/work or my home life back in Ohio. One was sort of like this: "Hi Jackie! Thanks for coming in to Marissa Collections recently, and I hope you're loving your Valentino clutch! Hope you enjoyed your vacation in Naples, and good luck at OSU this semester! It was nice talking to you!
