Went to the batting cages and it was great. Good price, good speed options and it's a beautiful location. Recommend.

Haven't been here in a while and can remember the prices to hit range balls were around 20 dollars on weekdays. Called today and it ended up being 35 dollars. For that price, I could play 18 holes or expect some sort of Trackman device or such. Ends up just being range balls. Hopefully they put the price down to make it more affordable. read more

The new dome is up and operating. It's very nice. The golfing areas haven't changed, except new additions look nice, and the place is clean with new astroturf and new dome cloth. Five Trackman Studios have been added. A pro quality putting green is in place. More pro instruction, fitness training, and club fitting makes this a premier spot. These upgrades were badly needed, and now everything looks great. I'm signing up for lessons before I get on the course. See their website for hours and prices. What happened to this place? The shack is closed you have to wait in line at the ice cream shop. Bricks loose throughout the course. Landscaping over grown or dead, and overall disappointing. I used to go here in high school , and it was awesome. Took my son for an evening out with my father in law, and both almost fell due to pavers not glued down. Then the hole where you put into the water and it's rolls down the water under the bridge to pop out and roll towards the hole isn't even operating! The camp had some of the best counselors I have ever met, especially Kyle. He was always there for us when we were feeling down and made our day with his enthusiasm and sense of humor. Great golf balls and mats, everything inside the golf dome is new. New turf, new fabric, hitting mats. They have normal practice studios and TrackMan practice studios. Prices are in line, can choose :30 minutes ($10) or up to as long as you like. Prices vary a little based upon time of day and weekends but that staff is great, they have packages for frequent practices. There a 4-5 PGA Pros as well giving lessons there. Also, outside is where a lot of the fun is for kids and families: Batting Cages, Putt-Putt and a beautiful turf field. read more

I was blown away by everything the Golf Dome has to offer these days. I was given a tour by one of the staff members and they showed me the entire facility. While I was there the mini golf course was packed, as well as the batting cages. There was also summer camp going on, which looked like an absolute blast because they have a turf baseball field, turf soccer field, and basketball court. I ended up playing 9 holes on one of their simulators inside the dome and my friends and I had a blast. Highly recommend! read more

Used to come here all the time before it collapsed. Prices were great and staff was friendly. Now after they reopened prices are ridiculous. If you go on a weekend it's $30 an hour just for the range section not even the trackmans.... You can go to TopGolf or Proximity for less than that. The simulators they put in are from from being worth $50, they're one step above a Dave and Busters. I know a lot of my friend were just as disappointed as I was once we stepped in and saw the new changes and prices.I mean come on $100 bucks 2 golf for 2 hour? No way. Wish them the best but they won't make it long with out of reality prices like they have, skip this place and find the next range instead. read more

A great place for mini golf! I've been to the movie theater a million times and honestly never realized there was mini golf behind it! There's a lot of sand traps and it's a little tricky for small kids. Be prepared to spend some time here! Great place! read more

I love putt putt (miniature golf? What's the correct name? I feel ill-prepared to write this review now), and had never heard of this place until yesterday. It was described to me as "the Pebble Beach of putt putt courses," and, i can honestly say, it did not disappoint (I had to google Pebble Beach to make the comparison, but that's a minor note. It rang true). I normally mini golf at Swings and Things in Olmsted Falls, so I'm used to decorative holes with fancy obstacles and castles, windmills, etc. This course did not have any of those bells and whistles, which was a nice change. There were a number of holes in which, if you overshot, you would hit your ball into the water - but that's why they have nets! It made it a little more fun, because we got to combine putt putt AND fishing into one outing! Two for the price of one! Really, though, this course was challenging but fun. We had a competition going on in which the loser would buy ice cream, and I was playing against someone who regularly golfs. He shot 8-over par, which can give you a bit of an indication as to the skill level needed to play this course well. I shot 27 over. I lost. But it was fun! I would definitely recommend trying this place out. When you turn your ball in at the end, you can win coupons for things like a free soda, slushie, or bag of chips. Always a fun bonus! It's a nice course if you want to hone your putt putt skills and don't feel the need to play on a cutesy course. I'll end on this note - last time I was at Swings and Things, I wiped out on one of the bumps in the course and ripped my knee open. I emerged from this course with nothing more than a bruised ego and some free snacks. You do the math. read more

I purchased a Groupon awhile back since my brother I love to golf. I figured this was a great way to get in some practice before we hit the links so we decided to check this place out last weekend. Definitely not the most convenient location to get to (I'm a west sider so it was quite the hike for me) but being able to get in some swings on a rainy day, it was more than worth it. FYI - this is solely a review of the dome/driving range, not the other activities they have on the property. When we got there it was pretty simple to get set up - get a time-stamped ticket, walk through the TIGHT-fitting revolving door (a little awkward when you've you've got a massive golf bag to hug against you), and you pick your spot. We decided to stay on the ground floor - there's a second level driving range too, so there's plenty of room, and set up shop. There's a large container of balls that is yours to dig in to and will be for the rest of the time you're there. Some of the stations had radar to clock how fast your swing is (mine wasn't set up, but my brother said his was working), and there's plenty of space for you to work on everything from your drive to chipping. There were a few different targets that we had fun aiming towards, but it also helped us practice our accuracy and distance. I also noticed that there were a couple pros giving lessons, so if you've always wanted to learn to golf or want to better your game then this place will give you that option. Overall it was a good experience - it wasn't too packed on a Saturday at 1:30, there was a comfortable amount of room between you and the golfers next to you, and the little bit of interaction I had with the staff was pleasant. The one thing I will say is that I can see this driving range experience getting a little expensive. Yes, you get to hit unlimited balls for the time you're there, but they charge by the hour, which is a hefty $18 (and don't think you can get away with fudging the time - they check that time stamped ticket they give you when you first arrive to tally up your total). If you find yourself hitting a ton of balls in an hour, then this would be your place since you can go to town, but if you're like me and manage to need only one XL bag of balls, maybe another split between whoever is with me, you can definitely get that cheaper at your local driving range and be outdoors while you're at it. Plus, if you like to drink an adult bev when you're gettin your swing on, then this wouldn't be the place for you - just a concession stand with your usual snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments. The one nice thing is that they have a golf simulator - I have no idea what the pricing was and how many they have, but it was requested that you make an appointment in order to get on one (just a head's up). Overall, a fine afternoon and great for the off-season, but I'll stick to my local courses to get my fix. read more

I'll admit, my boyfriend & I only played miniature golf but the dome offers so much more! This course is not your typical windmill & or multiple brick walls to block your ball course. Instead it offers a different challenge that my partner & I found humorous. I could see some tight wad getting annoyed with this course... Instead of the usual wooden beams or high brick walls to outline the hole; you must use your skills to avoid mini sand pits, tiny pools of water, curves and most importantly; the stream that runs through the entire court. You're more likely to hit a hole in one if you include the mini pond , there's nets at almost every hole and it was funny watching myself as well as other players chasing the ball as it rolled into the water. So if you actually have a good sense of humor, I recommend checking this place out. It was well worth the $6.00 per player fee for 18 holes! read more

This is the perfect place to practice your golf swing in the dead of winter. Totally covered in a dome (duh), they offer simulated drives, pitches and even putting. I went on the miniature golf course yesterday and it was an OK experience. Perhaps I should have expected this being a 20-something going to a miniature golf course. The holes overall lack creativity and fun challenges, structures, or obstacles. Each hole was roughly the same with curves, elevated hills, and usually open-ended at the end so if you overshoot your ball will wind up in water. Again, perhaps I should have expected families with kids running wild, and I should have expected the too-cool-teenagers to be there too, but I didn't and was disappointed when these were the people we were golfing around or running through our shots. The staff was helpful and suggested we start at a hole not behind large groups, children, or teenagers, because there was only two of us. read more

We had a groupon and decided to check this place out. It was not what we expected, definitely feels like its been around for a long time and we were underwhelmed when we entered. I think we thought it was going to be more of a social activity type thing and it was definitely more sport specific oriented. They have two simulators added on each end of the dome but they are not the focus. This is primarily a driving range. It has an upper and lower level. They have clubs that you can use or bring your own. The driving range was fun but very confusing as to how you are assigned a spot. Seemed like everyone was just trying to fit in where there was an opening yet some people would come in saying they were assigned to #5....we were all confused. Staff is limited and are teenagers, not very organized process. Simulator was fun but depending on the number of people you have you'll need more time. There were five of us and we didn't even complete 3 holes in one hour. They do have a concession stand but is limited to what they provide and no alcohol. We will go back again, its reasonably priced and was a fun thing to do on a day with bad weather! Plus its not far from oak and embers which was an added plus for dinner! read more

decent place with indoor driving range. you pay by the amount of time you are here, not the number of balls you hit. they have a few simulators (which i didn't try) so you can pretend you're at various famous golf courses. a bit loud, the walls of the indoor range are like a giant inflatable parachute type structure which is kept up with blown air. the owners here are really friendly. one thing they didn't tell us - the teeing spaces are numbered (listed on your receipt) but we weren't sure we needed to follow this convention until some other customers showed up and tried to fight about it. this is an issue if you're a lefty and need a specific space. overall a fun way to golf, even in the winter time. read more

Mini golf was fun. Customer service at the snack bar was awful. It was a hot day and my 4 yr old was looking forward to a slush puppy after our game - this would've been his first. The sign outside said closes at 8.30. We walked in at 8.06 and they had already shut down the registers so we couldn't get anything. My son was so dissapointed. The worst part was the guy behind the counters attitude. He really couldn't care less and basically walked away to avoid us. read more

Not a bad place to keep your skills sharp in the winter. The facilities are decent. They charge by the half hour, so It's a little pricey, more so than buying a bucket of balls, but not too bad if you get a Groupon deal. What I don't like is that they pro-rate for any time over the 30 minutes, even if it is only a few minutes over. Seems like there should be some consideration of the time it takes to to get in to a mat and back out to the counter to pay after you're done. read more
