I had to do this immediately after work, as I could not risk having received the wrong diamond with any time passing. I wanted a natural GIA certified diamond with extremely specific dimensions and the only place I could have a shot at finding anything close was online - meaning I was taking a risk each time purchasing a diamond without seeing it first. I walked in to Sebastian's greeting. I told him up front that I was not there to purchase anything but if I can have his assistance in verifying my diamond's GIA cert number. Without hesitation, Sebastian said of course, verified the numbers and I went about my merry way. What stuck with me was how respectful Sebastian was of my jewelry. He only held the diamond after receiving permission and was extremely careful while handling it. It wasn't until much later, that I decided to go back to Sebastian to receive his input on another diamond I had picked out. I explained to Sebastian about why I decided on returning my first one and why I chose a new shape. Sebastian listened carefully, took note of my passion and due diligence of finding the right diamond, and again, gave me his professional expertise. After evaluating it, he gave me his honest opinion that as a consumer, it will be pretty tough to beat what I found - which also meant that the opportunity was taken away from Sebastian to make a sale. My piercer was named Lily and she was very kind. She could tell again that I was unsure of which size I wanted and put each size up to my nose and was very patient in letting me decide. She was very nice and soft spoken and did a really good job with my piercing and I'm very satisfied. She was very thorough and explaining the directions of the aftercare with my piercing. Overall, this was definitely a really nice experience. My little sister got her earrings changed out and they were so kind. She is only nine years old. They are very patient and she was very scared but they did a really good job. Definitely recommend coming here!
