Overall, I really appreciate being a member of this gym…read more The cons: what other yelpers have already said-- the cost is very high in comparison to other local gyms and the other chains (Retro, Work Out World). The facilities are somewhat out of date, however, the staff does work hard to ensure that they are well maintained. The pro's: The staff members are awesome- trainers, front desk greeters, and most notably, the class instructors. I've been a member of many gyms prior to starting here, and was always intimidated at taking classes. However, starting at The Club, I was able to jump right in, take classes, and it was thanks to the instructors. Caesar and Celita are by far the best instructors that I've encountered- they have both the high energy, enthusiasm, and dynamic personality to engage a class full of people and keep them coming back. I've met great people within the classes, and it always feels like a group effort. I've also done my son's birthday party at The Club, and it was a great experience as well. The pricing for that was great-- I think we spent $150 for a birthday party, which you can't find anywhere else. My son had a blast playing with his friends, and the girls who hosted the party were engaging and enthusiastic. Overall, I think this is a great gym, and I'm glad to be a member. For me, I justify the expense with ensuring that I am coming to the gym often, and making full use of the facilities. If you're just looking for a place to pop on a treadmill three times a month, then no, this probably isn't your gym.

I also loved that they had a sauna & steam room, I used the sauna after my yoga class. There's also plenty of parking which is always a plus to me.

This was the 8th childcare facility that I visited in a list of stellar locations including (…read moreKinder Kare, rainbow Academy etc etc) and from the minute I walked in I knew this was the place for us and after almost a year here that has only been affirmed many many many times over. Leaving your child in the care of others while you work is just plain hard but feeling that your child is in the hands of people that actually really love the kids is a breath of fresh air !! I know that my child is not only getting exceptional care but it also getting a great education at the same time. The whole staff from the owners ( Ms. Ivette and Mr. Manny who are always there !) to the director Ms. Monika are the most incredible caring people. The staff is always available for conferences or questions and are always so polite and incredibly attentive to detail. It is very competitively priced with the same range as the other centers, sure there was one or two other places that were a little cheaper but I'd gladly pay for the care, support and sense of security that I get for my child at TLE !

As a mother this was one of the best decisions i have made for my son he has learned so many new things since he has started here. The owners and the management team is also amazing i cant thank them enough. -ALEX CARTAGENA

I worked at Candyland for 3 months, and I don't recommend it as a good place to send a child…read more Candyland marginally meets the minimum standards of a child care facility, but there are many better schools. The place remains in business because of a decent percentage of the students receive subsidized tuition from the government or Catholic Charities. On the plus side, Candyland provides a structured learning environment for children, offers transporation to and from school for older children, and has reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I found that the kids were yelled out too frequently, employee turnover was rampant, maintenance of the facility was sub-par, and state-mandated child-to-adult ratios were routinely violated. The owner of the facility is a nice woman, but isn't very good at management. She tries to ensure that the facility is kept up, and state law is complied with. However, in my time there, I saw mold on one of the walls in the building, a child escape from the yard because a gate was broken, and one adult minding 15-20 young children.

My daughter attends this school and I must say I am very happy with it!! I was a bit nervous…read moreputting her in a new school being she was attending another place prior, but I'm glad I did!!! She always has a smile on her face when I drop her off and when I pick her up! The staff members there love her and treat her well, and Ms. Julie is GREAT with her!!!! It's very hard these days to find a place to trust with your child, but I must say so far so GOOD and I know she LOVES being there! I must add the staff members are very friendly there too, and I LOVE that, and when I ask how my child was for the day they are VERY honest with me!! I know my child loves being there, but I also know she isn't an angel everyday for the staff because she is a baby and just like us adults babies also have their moods too! So I appreciate the staff being honest with me about my child's day whether good or bad! I would recommend this place to anyone!
