One of my twins was hurt twice and no one could tell me how, when, or what happened. Along with one incident being brought to my attention at least an hour after it happened. My child had the appearance of having an allergic reaction and no one made it a point to call. I actively noticed one teacher berating one of sons as if he was her own child. They were completely uncomfortable in this facility. This facility also did not request shot records. So I wanted to include corporate for a formal complaint and please stop all requests for payment to this horrific place.

I certainly hope that the Y puts a little money and effort in making this a premier Y. If they don't, I don't see how this place can last much longer.
