It also has cameras in every room so that I can check in on my kids throughout the day which I love. It is also one of the few daycare centers actually in the city of Germantown. I feel like everyone there cares about my children. All the teachers, even ones they haven't had seem to know their names. She has worked hard to develop individual relationships with all of the children in her care. She knows what's going on with them because she's legitimately interested in their lives and in figuring out how to better serve them in the classroom. My 2-year-old frequently tells me that she loves him -- he can feel that deep love from her. That means a lot to me as a parent because I know I'm leaving him with someone who truly cares for him. Her artistic talents combine with her precise attention to detail to create a beautiful classroom, but the best part is that the decorations aren't at all "stuffy." They are comprised of the children's work and photos, including family photos from home. My son is always excited to show me that something he made is hanging up in the room. Ms. RJ is one of those people who you meet and just instantly feel safe and welcome around. Her light shines brightly for all to see, and I am so glad my son gets to be in her classroom. She welcomes all parents to be involved and finds opportunities for the children to do special activities. My child is growing as a whole person under her care, not just academically. The lady giving us the tour said they just finished mopping (which is why the mop was left in the hall). It doesn't make sense to mop with chemicals where toddlers are laying, while they're asleep. The lady that gave us the tour was sweet. The director, Lisa, has a nasty attitude and was very unwelcoming. We decided this isn't the best place to send our daughter.

From classroom cleanliness, rude teachers specifically Ms. Pam, directors that blatantly lie about a person being fired for neglecting to change my child for hours multiple times. One of my twins was hurt twice and no one could tell me how, when, or what happened. Along with one incident being brought to my attention at least an hour after it happened. My child had the appearance of having an allergic reaction and no one made it a point to call. I actively noticed one teacher berating one of sons as if he was her own child.
