Kids were able to get all sugared up on birthday cake, and then tumble their little hearts out in a huge play area. The floor is covered in thick mats so little heads, arms and legs are able to turn cartwheels, do flips, and run around with no fear of getting injured by hard surfaces. The trainers assisted the kids through a variety of games, including helping them roll around in a big inner tube type apparatus, and instructing them on interactive tumbling games. Cake and ice cream were served in a separate party room. Perfect for a kiddie party, The Little Gym offers tons of fun for kids, and a great place to expel some of that never-ending energy.

We attended the Surrender Yoga class with Heidi, and it was such a good experience. The class was relaxing but also really effective it opened me up and helped me stretch in ways I didn't even realize I needed. Heidi was calming, knowledgeable, and made the atmosphere feel welcoming. After class, we sat in the sauna for about 15 minutes, which was the perfect way to wind down. Before we left, my friend gave me a full tour of the facility. She showed me the different floors, the daycare area, locker rooms, pool area, pickleball courts, and the basketball court. Overall, it was a great experience, and the space felt clean, upscale, and well worth checking out.

The sauna is now closed and I went to an employee, Sam, and began expressing my concerns to the constant issues with the sauna. End of it Sam argued, didn't care and said it is my choice to be a member and I could find somewhere else. Sam doesn't understand I do my chemo treatment Monday afternoon and my routine includes coming to the gym for mind body and spirt before the infusion center. This is not about a sauna thing this is about a routine I've been doing for a year and some employee with zero care. Sam didn't know and doesn't care because Sam is all about Sam. Anyway end of the day Sam is right. I can choose any gym and just start a new Monday routine there. Please don't hire anymore like Sam. I just spoke to the manager who took time to hear me. My blood is boiling as I type this.I was really excited to sign my son up for gymnastics for…read morebeginners aged 4-7 but, unfortunately, my happiness didn't last on our first day! I took my boy to the Tuesday 4:15 - 5:10 class and I thought I was leaving my child with people I can trust and nope, trust no one with ur child! I took him to his class on time, it was our first time there but we missed last weeks class because I signed him up a little late but was happy regardless he got in. He was excited as he walked in and I walked around to waste time until he finished. The instructor didn't even take the time to introduce herself to new students or parents or even take the time to see who's new. That's very unprofessional to me. I go back a few minutes early and ppl were going in and out of the class and see my son laying on the floor. I thought he was shy at first. The class finishes and he's still on the floor. I walked up to him and he's asleep!!!!! Kids were jumping around and he was ignored as if he wasn't there. He could've gotten seriously injured if someone fell on him. I picked him up and there's a pool of snot and tears under his face. He probably cried himself to sleep. My heart broke. The instructor Lisa Mitchell came to me and told me that he wasn't really following along or something like that. She told me something about him the week before but he wasn't even there the week before! She just didn't seem to care and walked back to her students. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and showed them pictures of my son asleep on the floor while other kids are jumping and doing their activities around him. I'm getting my refund but that's not enough to me. I have to tell and share my story for other parents to make sure your kids are with the right people. There were three women in there and not even one call to let me know he's asleep or with they could've at least moved him to a safer spot. I even asked one of the ladies if they had my number in case of an emergency and she didn't even know the answer. She had to go ask Lisa. I'm just so upset it happened. My child was left with the wrong hands. He's never going there again. For the record, my sons instructor was Lisa Mitchell, not Shannon.

They really enjoyed the trampoline and balance beams. They played with the various balls located in different spots of the room. There were other children of different ages there, too, which was good for my grandchildren to have more people to play with.
