This is basically a group version of a personal training session (so much cheaper) in my opinion, but the workouts are always changing. What's also very cool about it is that you sign into an app. and log your results every session; this way, you can track your performance over time and gradually see how well you're improving. The trainers are very knowledgable, and -though the majority of workouts are high intensity and timed -you can go at your own pace. It's for all age groups, and I promise you won't regret it if you stick with it; you'll only get better, faster, and stronger. I'm addicted!

It was a total scam. They told me the printer was not working so they couldn't print out an agreement. They never informed me of the term in any manner whatsoever and I never received an agreement at all. Not sure they have earned their "D" Better Business Rating but the place is clean and organized. The staff on location is nice, but will nag you on and on and then scam you for training sessions and you won't even know what you signed up for. Headquarters is just downright indifferent about anything but their own interests and what they can get from you whether they provide services or not. After going to gyms for decades, I suggest going anywhere else for a positive gym experience.

This gym carries everything you need to workout and stay fit, including cardio machines and free weights. They also carry a variety of machines, which still look fairly new. The locker rooms are always clean, and I usually see the staff cleaning the facility. Additionally, while the building itself is pretty small, the gym still feels fairly spacious because of the windows encompassing an entire side of the gym, providing a nice view outside. The gym, however, can get fairly crowded during peak hours; it almost seems like the "hang out" spot for many people in the area. This gym isn't a powerlifting-friendly gym as well. There are no power racks and one terrible squat rack (the pins are spaced awkwardly compared to many squat racks I've used). The staff, while friendly, are also against the loud sounds from heavy dead lifting. If you are a serious powerlifter, I would deduct two stars -- Edge Fitness, YouFit, or DAC are better options in this case. However, these gyms don't have 1-week memberships. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend ATC Fitness for the casual gym-goer or for those looking to stay in shape.

It's never super crowded because of the 24 hour schedule so you can always put your headphones on and work out in peace. On another note, they only offer a spin class in the morning. No Zumba or anything else. I know they own the empty space next to them and since they opened there's been talk of expanding and putting in classes. That has yet to happen. Of course, the gym itself caters to weight lifters, so it may never happen. I haven't really been impressed with the staff. They are rarely here before 10 or 11 am. When I happened to see one, I asked if the batteries in the scale in the women's bathroom could be changed (it had needed it for weeks) and weeks later it still needs to be changed. I was told to use the scale actually on the gym floor, but being a woman I prefer not to weigh in front of everyone. That, I was none too happy with. All in all, aside from the minor annoyances its a pretty good gym to go to.
