I was going to be in Memphis over the Christmas holidays and sent an email. Received a response from Brooke the same day encouraging me to drop in. Wanted to ensure that I created the proper approach, so I asked about the cost to attend a few drop-in classes while in town. She provided information on Bot's Boxing which operates from the same building at Memphis Judo. Brooke was very welcoming and instead of payment, asked for a review of their facility, instructors and the environment. My 5 Star rating speaks for itself, and i look forward to returning to the business when I'm in Memphis again.

I asked to pause for a while for legitimate reasons, but was denied. I attended for 8 months, paid for 4 I was unable to attend, then they charged me for an additional month. They tried explaining it to me that they needed to charge me on the first and the last of the month, but I guess it wasn't registering for me why I had to pay 13 payments for a 12 month contract. Very shady. And very rude and dismissive when I brought it up, not even trying to look into or understand the situation. I didn't make this a one star review because I really loved the instructors and my time there. It's honestly a shame. I had no idea other people were having the same experience, this can't be legal. I feel like they are setting themselves up for a lawsuit for no reason.

So we had to pay a cancelation fee and their process to cancel was bizarre and shady at best. The entire process is designed to rip you off and it is unfortunate as the place really does have promise. Disregard the 5 star review from Natalie C , she is buddies with the owner.

Two hours later, my bank shows an unfamiliar $76 fee attempt from Memphis Kick Boxing. I do not recommend this company, terrible communications and way of business. I have been in email wars seems like with myself they barely reply. Currently after asking for cancellation they told me that they will continue to pull out the $12.50 per week since they cannot get the $76 fee! I have been in talks with my bank institute they have stated this is a recurring charge but that they cannot block because of the way the business registered with payments they cant block it.
