When my son moved to the two-year-old classroom, we were told they would help with potty training -- but within a week they began complaining about accidents and even suggested we bring in Pampers. It was clear they just didn't want to do their job. I refused, and ironically, my son's potty training improved right after that. The food they serve is subpar -- my son comes home hungry every day. Classrooms are often combined because they're short-staffed, creating chaos and disorganization. When incidents happen, they rarely communicate unless you call to ask what happened. One of the most concerning experiences was when my son came home with his face visibly swollen from crying. We were told he had a hard time going to sleep at nap time -- but we picked him up at 5 p.m., which means he was left crying unattended for an extended period of time. That's completely unacceptable and heartbreaking for any parent to hear. Worst of all, the director is dismissive and gaslights parents instead of being transparent or taking accountability. If you care about your child's safety, nutrition, and emotional well-being, run far away from this place.

The sheet also tells me what they covered for stories, what the age, and he's even napping again. My son talks about all of his friends every night, loves the playground, and brings home some cute art projects! He has matured so much just in the 3 months that he's been there, and he quickly stopped crying at drop off because he enjoys his school so much. Negatives would be the lack of an app, not being able to go inside yet, and having to write a check to pay. But, where they lack in modern amenities, they more than make up for it in care and tuition. This is the best priced tuition in the west end for an all day program. I am so thankful that we were able to get in off the waiting list after a 2 year wait and that my daughter will be able to attend next year. We plan to keep both children here until they age out. Thankfully, they pick up from our zoned elementary school so we are set in terms of childcare. She's learned so much in such a short period of time. Every morning she runs to the front door yelling "go go go!" Because she's so excited to go to school and see her friends. When we initially met her at our tour, we just knew that she was in this field for all the right reasons. Our boys started at the school when it opened, and their teachers have been amazing. Their primary teacher, Miss Katie, has been so loving, and cares about our boys in the most genuine way. They have come so far with her and Miss JaVonne, and we feel so lucky that our boys are in her class. The school director, Molly, has a background in speech therapy, which is so evident in how she has been supporting our children's development. As first time parents it meant the world to us that we knew our baby was safe and well cared for. All of the staff (not only the infant teachers) were kind and wonderful! The facility is clean, safe, and educational. They have an app that keeps you up to date on your child's activity throughout the day. They send out announcements through the app and you can also pay for tuition through it. Although we aren't at this daycare anymore due to moving we still pop in to visit. We truly miss them!
