Lizzie came in a few mins after I sat down. We started with a skin assessment. Lizzie listens, communicates clearly and helps you determine the best products for your skin. I chose the custom facial since I was not sure what I wanted prior to the service. I would totally do the custom facial again. They also offer the Hydra facial which I will try sometimes in the near future. Lizzie has magical hands and you can really tell she is so passionate about what she does. She took her time, answered any questions I had, gave recommendations and just really showed she cared. Her massage during the facial was aaaamazing. I received an email with an apology for the payment issue and an offer to come back to the facility for a free massage to make up for the problem. I decided to take the offer and visited again. This time, my experience went really well all the way around. Me and my boyfriend returned (having to pay for one massage). The facility was still clean and the staff were all super friendly. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep. I am very happy that the facility reached out to me after my first review. Even though the issue was something minor they wanted to make it right. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done.
