Everyone is so supportive, and we are constantly in contact with each other, which creates such a nice, tight knit community. It's nice knowing you always have someone to reach out to. She is always willing to answer questions, talk through concerns, and make sure we feel supported. It makes such a difference having a supervisor who is so involved and genuinely cares about the team. Overall, I really enjoy coming to work, the people I work with, and the families we serve. Wings To Fly Therapy Center has been an awesome experience for us. We've been working with Denise…read morethe OT for 2 years now and most recently Kate the SLP. I could not be more pleased with the attention to detail of the providers, feedback to me the parent after each visit, and the progress that my kids have made. Kate is working RPM in conjunction with a home program for one of my boys and we are amazed each week by what he knows and most importantly, that he can now have a way to show us. Denise maintains phenomenal instructional control and works specifics for fine motor improvement, spacial awareness, hand eye coordination etc. I also love that she will try new things to elicit a new response to similar stimuli. She's always thinking of new ways to achieve results. I find the therapists to be "real people", knowledgeable in their trade, professional, and loving towards kids. The atmosphere is another plus. It's a welcoming Center with a waiting room that would put other center's to shame. There are tables to work at your computer, things to keep your other kids occupied and there is also a huge play room with ball pit, trampoline and swings available. The owner knows the world well and lives it daily. That is why she makes every effort to make the experience a great one for not only the kids, yet the families and caregivers who are present also. It's clean, free parking and right off 28 and 66. For us, it's an A+. I am available to chat with anyone who wants more detail from a parent's perspective. If you ask the owner, she can pass on your contact details to me. I'm in there at least once per week!

We were unsatisfied with the preschool program that he…read morewas in so we looked around to see if there was a place that would offer ABA therapy and be full-time as his preschool was part-time and often didn't have class due to administrative days and what not which was really frustrating. There aren't that many ABA centers that provide full day services and when I visited some of them they looked so cold and clinical. When I visited Ally I got a better, more personalized feeling since it was more open and you would see kids playing. They have great communication and I can always speak to the BCBA when I need to and the teachers are great. Additionally, when most preschools/day care centers were closed early on and often stayed closed in the pandemic, they were only briefly closed and were able to go back to providing in-home services which was great since as we all know that the pandemic has had a negative impact on kids with ASD due to lack of available/in person services. They have also been taking precautions during the Pandemic which is great. Although my son got off to a rocky start due to the new environment and change in schedule (to be expected with a kid with ASD), with each day we saw improvement. Over the past two years he has been at the center, he has become a more social, active, talkative little boy. We were sad to leave this past fall because we had such a great experience, but he has been thriving in kindergarten due to the foundation that was built at Ally. All in all this is a great place and if you're looking for quality ABA center, Ally Behavior Centers is the way to go.

I had to give it star just so this site would let me post it. But that star is undeserved. I can't…read morein good conscience say it deserves it. In fact, I have to give it five black holes as they not only don't provide healthcare, but through negligence or sheer incompetence suck well-being out of the universe. They are bad practice collapse so densely that any sort of well-being is destroyed. All I needed was a simple prescription refill. Something, even with psychiatric meds, is so simple a chimpanzee could be trained to do it. All the guy at the desk just had to get the message to my doctor, get them to sign off on it, then send it in. He told me it was done, so I left. A few days later when I was out of meds, I called the pharmacy. They didn't do that. So I said: 'Fine, make a telehealth appointment with the specialist'. They made an IN PERSON appointment without telling me. Then when I called to correct this... they simply did not pick up their phones until after my appointment would have been over. I am still without meds. Meds that even once the doctor sends it to the Pharmacy won't be sent to them for another 24-48 hours. Now, I will probably have to go more than a week without them. On another recent case, I needed a referral for an ENT for a really serious issue. They refused to give it to me until I made an appointment. Not an appointment to get the referral... and appointment to make the appointment. I wound up going to the ER who somehow didn't find the problem... even when a week later my audiologist found I had a chunk of wax the size of a goldfish cracker, with long fiber 'fishing lines attached' inside. Even a bloated flatulent corpse would be capable of giving proper healthcare more accurately than anyone who ever has or ever work at CCI. Jack Kevorkian would look at their patient mortality rates and go 'whoa... don't ya think you're killing too many people there, buddy?' Unless you have literally don't have any other choice and I mean literal life or death... I would consider literally anyone other than CCI. Even then... depending on how you'd die... it might be preferable to whatever they'd do.

I have received accommodations before in college and provided my previous documentation. The response I received from Farah Assefnia, who works there as administrative office, was very brief, rude, and dismissive -- saying that they don't participate in that kind of service. When I followed up to ask if they have an age limit or don't serve adults, she simply said there is no age limit, however, they won't be able to provide documentation for college accommodations. Farah treated me poorly. Their website mentions "Support Services & Accommodations," so this was very unclear and disappointing. It was never specified if they specialize in accommodations for workplace, college students, high school students, middle school students, or elementary school students. I felt discriminated, disrespected, and dismissed. If they don't offer this service, a polite explanation and a referral to another clinic who has experience providing documentation and accommodations would have been the professional thing to do. I would not recommend this center to anyone who is a person of color, college students, young adults, or disabled individuals looking for support seeking support or accommodations. Farah Assefnia's response showed a complete lack of customer service skills. McLean Counseling Center needs to train their staff better or hire people who know how to treat clients with basic respect. They also need to update their website to specify what "Support Services & Accommodations" actually means.

From our very first interaction, MeBe made us feel supported instead of pressured. What stood out immediately was how much time they took to truly get to know our child -- not just the diagnosis, but their personality, strengths, and what motivates them. The BCBAs build real relationships with families. Communication has been clear and consistent, and I've never felt left out of the process. I always know what we're working on and why. The therapists are warm, patient, and genuinely excited about the progress they see. Sessions feel structured and purposeful, but still playful and engaging. My child looks forward to going -- and that alone says so much. Progress hasn't been overnight (and no one promised that), but it has been steady and meaningful. We're seeing skills carry over into home and school in ways that truly matter for our family. If you're a parent trying to figure out next steps, I can say this: MeBe leads with relationships first.
