The following month, I decided to definitely hire them on a permanent basis. This cleaning service has exceeded my expectations. They are prompt and immediately get to work. We don't have cashapp because it's sketchy so the lady said Venmo would work. Reluctantly, we sent her a deposit. She was the only one who said she could get the job done by the time we needed it done. The next day she says an emergency came up and she'd refund the deposit. That's fine, but now I'm sketched out. After we called/texted her multiple times, she finally got back to us days later to say that she will give us our money back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. Still sketchy. I'd recommend doing business with someone less sketchy. Also, deposits for a maid service is ridiculous and...sketchy. Gimme my money back
