No response from him or his agency whatsoever, which makes me think the letter I received is a scam. However, the email wasn't rejected so I assume it went to the right person as directed in the correspondence. What is dismaying is the lack of response and based on many of the reviews I am reading, perhaps this is divine order. I would suggest that if anyone receives a letter from Jeremy to simply shred and move on because you won't receive any response from him or Allstate.

I was told the agent needed to respond by email, so I sent a message. The following day the agent responded that it may be difficult given the nine year window. While somewhat understandable, we also live in the digital age where this information is often one click away. Regardless, I responded I needed anything with tax implications. Almost a week later, I get a response it will take another week. I'm sorry, but while I understand this included Labor Day weekend, it should not take two weeks to get this information. It took less than 48 hours to my dad's payment history from Puget Sound Energy, Recology, Seattle Utilities, and King County Property Tax and those are bigger organizations not known for their speed. To add insult-to-injury, as I continued sorting through my dad's paperwork, I happened to find papers in 2024 for a $1,600 transaction premium. This wasn't information wasn't included in the email sent, which means I can't write it off. And it makes me suspicious if there was more not shared. I'm not clear why it's worth paying a premium for their service when you can't get reasonable service when you need it. Go look at the rest of the Yelp reviews and you'll see that with these issues, I'm not alone. Instead, I'd consider another insurance company.

I recently moved to Florida, and everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong when setting up a policy with another vehicle in the new state. I've gone back and forth for WEEKS with a local Miami agent and still no movement has been made. I finally called Derek, since he was my previous agent before I moved to Miami two months ago, and he was able to fix everything for me within the DAY!!! He is a true GEM to any company he works for. One of the main selling points of State Farm is their customer service. Also why I'm willing to pay a higher premium over the years compared to other insurance company. I was truly on my last string with State Farm and he honestly is the only reason why I havent switched providers after the whole headache I just went through.

    Horrible when you actually need help…read more I was told by my insurance agent to file a claim under the belief I wouldn't be charged my deductible due to me not being at fault for the claim. Unfortunately, I ended up paying my deductible which happens. I was then told AFTER everything that for 50 cents more I could have changed my policy to avoid paying hundreds of dollar. Furthermore, I was told over the phone that this sort of thing should have been brought up to me in an annual review with my agent. In 6 or 7 years here I never once had any sort of discussion like this. Then, they then said it was on me to initiate these talks to review my policy. Seriously?? Avoid this office and don't waste your money here.

    Hi. This is Louise Sullivan…read more I have Safeco (Liberty Mutual) Insurance through the Crest Insurance Agency in Tucson. Crest has been very helpful in setting up my insurance for me. I now have damage to my roof from hail and storm, and the Claims Adjuster William Parker stated it also had other circumstances associated with the roof. I was told by Mr Parker that the roof would be totally replaced in the amount of $xx. Instead, the settlement received was in the amount of $x; half the size of what was told to me. My happiness over Safeco is now very sad. I am assuming since Safeco Insurance is a very reputible company, and recommended to me by Crest, that this issue will be solved and resolved. I will recommend Safeco again at the time that this roof issue is resolved, and then move the star rating to five stars, when that time occurs. Bye for now!

In my experience with one if there third-party claims representative, ALL-Cat my claim was denied at first without any inspection of the property. I was also informed in writing that I had made "threats" during prior communications, with the Adjuster something I completely dispute. After that allegation, all communication was restricted to email only, making it difficult to resolve the situation fairly. The overall process felt one-sided and unprofessional.

It was a considerable amount of money and in no way our fault. The resident's insurance agency (to go unnamed) failed to go after the person who was actually at fault for the damage and decided to come after our HOA instead. Chris walked me through the entire process of responding to the attorney letting them know legally why the HOA/condo building wasn't at fault. There's NO WAY I would have known this without his expertise. He answered all of my questions and volunteered to be copied on the correspondence in case anything additional comes up. It was so reassuring to have someone SO knowledgeable on our side. Someone who could help us defend ourselves against false claims. I truly appreciate his help, professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency. He absolutely saved me from having to deal with this mess and from our HOA having to pay money for something that clearly wasn't our fault.
