Follow your maps and once you cross the bridge they have tons of signs to direct you, hard to get lost. Trust they're hours, we showed up in the pouring rain and they're still open 9am-5pm weekdays. As soon as you walk in you'll get free samples. We sampled 5 cheeses and 2 grades of maple syrup - it sells itself. One cheese is made with unpasteurized milk - others include sharp cheddar, sage, smoked. Convinced me to try traveling home with cheese for the first time. Tons of products available for sell including from other farms as well. I recommend picking up some of the Red Kite Candy caramels they have there. If you liked it as much as me their factory is about a 30 min drive away. Other activities include petting animals (not in winter), walking trail, and self guided tour of their maple house. Wasn't able to do the trail in the rain but I would estimate you can do all of this in 2 hours. Not at all like Billings Farm if you're concerned about going to both or only have time for one. Billings has an admission fee, no samples of milk or cheese though the make both. More of a museum but they do have up close interactions with their cows (even in winter) for the kids, butter churning, candle dipping. Recommend Billing for taking kids on homesteading field trip, Sugarbush a quick stop for foodie/charcuterie person IMPORTANT: They do NOT sell sugarbush products at any of the stores in Woodstock so don't plan to buy more later and have regrets like us - we looked in every store and couldn't find it. Weather got a little hariy getting there with the slushy roads, but we made it! It's pretty remote location with no street lights, so if driving in the dark look for the signs to get there and trust your GPS. There's a large parking lot across from the entrance to the little store/shop. The shop is actually the owners old family home I belive. We arrived pretty much at closing time, but we were still welcomed warmly. We got a cheese & maple syrup tasting which was yum and informative, and the staff member that did it was really nice, I forgot her name, but see photo below. One of the cheeses has won a cheese competition, very cool. We also got to meet the owner, but she was busy getting Christmas orders together. I perused all of the cheeses I wanted and settled on 4. We got to try 2 out of the 4 from the cheese sampling. The nice lady that checked me out even gave me some nice to-go samples as well. The smoked cheese was my fav, and the sage. But I enjoyed them all. I was able to easily fly home to TX with them due to the cold weather of the season. After the tasting, we got to peruse the store. They have so much other stuff to buy in additon to cheese and maple, tons of knick-knacks and gifts and merch. We didn't get to explore the farm after since it was pitch black when we left, too bad. The proprietors definitely take pride in their operation, everything is laid out neatly and you get to take in a breathtaking view of Mt Mansfield while picking out your pumpkins. They have rugged carts you can use to ferry your haul to your car and the owners even have little toys for the kids. Also, there's a corn maze, but we didn't check it out this time. Don't buy your Halloween pumpkins at the supermarkets in Taft Corners when there's this local gem right around the corner!

They offer plenty of photo ops with one of the employees capturing majority of the photos with a professional lens. The experience lasted a little over an hour and was great fun. Would definitely recommend, and with taxes it is closer to $100 per person but still worth it. Barn was rustic and spacious, they also provided towels to wipe down the dogs with after playing in the field. Dogs are well kept and groomed as well, no grinch toes! 10/10

In the summer, they give free hayrides during the Clinton County Fair. Mary the horse is very sweet and the cows and goats will also say hello! In the fall you can pick gorgeous sunflowers and take pictures in the fields. During Halloweekend you can go through the corn mazes and pick out your favorite pumpkin. This place is perfect for families too, the children can visit the petting zoo where the pigs, donkeys, goats roam free in the fences. You can actually walk into their gates and play with them. We loved meeting the baby goat, Loco and her mother Coco! The pigs love their belly rubs and will fall over when scratching them! It's very cute. Many of the things to do here are free so great value! They sell local apples, gifts and fun things in their gift shop too. Supporting the local farms in town is great for the community here. We found Livingston Farm on yelp and were looking for a shed for our vacation home in VT…read more The staff were very friendly and walked us through the sheds that met our criteria. We had the option to buy what currently available / displayed or do a custom order. however with the supply chain issues and cost, the custom order would have taken 22 weeks + and been more expensive. We were lucky to find one that would have worked for us as there weren't many smaller sheds available. We just happened to live a bit beyond their range but the logistics manager was there and was able to fit us in for delivery towards the end of the week. Pay 50% upfront, 50% at delivery. We sent them pictures of the spot the shed would be situated and on the day of delivery, they put rocks to level and positioned the shed perfectly within 1.5 hours. I was very impressed with the whole process and they even helped us use some of the extra rocks we ordered to even out another spot on our driveway. Very professional and simple process in dealing with the sales folks as well as those who delivered the shed. Although more expensive than the sheds you can get at the big box stores, we are very happy with the worksmanship on the shed and how seamless this whole process was with the company.
