i used to love this store for the service as well as the product, i only shop for vapes. the most…read morerecent visits tho, i've had a lot of issues. i bought a defective vape, an employee tried it n agreed that it was disgusting, no issue replacing it but the replacement was the same. i couldn't go back so i contacted them and she told me to come back to get a new one as long as it is defected like i say. changed it out again, finally no problem with the vape. i apologized for being a pain but i feel if i'm paying for something then it should be close to perfect. i go back today to see the same two ladies from the previous issue. looking to get a new one, before i completed the purchase i made sure that if it was defective there would be no issue with me getting a replacement. and of course it was. the button on the bottom was stuck n could only turn on in pulse mode, the hit was very weak and it had little to no flavor. but instead of giving me a replacement the older lady denied me of the flavor i paid for, told me i would have to try a new flavor. no why would i get something that i don't want with MY money?? she started going back and forth with me about it. then she told me that if it didn't taste bad to the other girl that i couldn't get it replaced. the younger girl said it tasted fine. so i hit again n said no its nasty, i even took a big hit to show how little smoke comes out and as someone who has gotten this flavor ONLY for two years, im sure i'm the only person who would know how its supposed to taste. as i'm starting to get irritated she's still going back and forth with me and told me that the four other people who get the same as me never have an issue and that if i wanted the same flavor i would have to pay for it. so i politely asked for my refund cause this has gone on for too long and i hate to be a difficult customer. i paid with card but she gave me cash (didn't give me the "card fee") and i left. i understand following rules and doing your job but if i was trying to scam for a vape of all things, why would i "lie" n say a "good vape" is nasty. that jus doesn't make sense. wasted my whole lunch break trying to get a vape and ended up not even leaving with one. shame what people do to a customer that literally comes every week to spend their money.

I started to have mental behaviors, which it gave themselves a reason to illegally put me out on the streets, and on the evening of my 33rd birthday on 09/12/22 @ 5:03 pm after getting home from work? I was walking up the the driveway already irritable from being denied my medicine for a while now, I knocked on the back door to get my 3:00 Buspirone dose because I missed it due to being at work, and have doctor's concent "basically permission" to take the 3:00 about 2 hours late. And prior to knocking on the back door? I waited just only a few minutes before I decided to take myself out to celebrate my birthday on my own by myself. And hours later that same day on 09/12/22 at about 9:45 / 10:00pm the police were called on me all because I gave them the middle finger and they said that the middle finger men's a threat which in actuality if you Google it? It only means a vulgar gesture nothing more. And they lied to the 911 dispatcher and the police, accusing me of saying things I did not say, all this just because I went out and got a part time job to pay off a debt that I owed about $13,000.00 and me getting a job was a pure attempt to pay everything off and get ahead financially, and been on the streets homeless ever since.. do not go with Claudia's assistant living for your loved ones sake, or their fate will be the same as mine..
