The price was slightly different from the first to the second. Just a dollar and some change. On the third the price wnt up 12 dollars. I was told the "deal" didn't apply to this particular item. When it had just the day before, twice. Needless to say depending on who you have cashing you out is what kind of a price you have when it is said and done. Very unprofessional when I asked what had changed. "I was told this" was about the best explanation I got in return. Frustrated is an understatement. Negative 5 stars. Lost this customer for sure.

This store is awful! My grandson asked for an $8 truck. A little plastic truck. I was going to buy…read moreit for him & then they changed the amount to & $10. They would NOT honor the typed & posted price! It's the principle of the matter! It's false advertising for one thing! They should've honored the price posted! They refused & caused a scene & changed the price to $10 just before we left. They tried to tell me that the car price was mis marked. But there was an entire box of those little plastic trucks and the box had a price of eight dollars on it for all those trucks. As I was trying to argue with them they decided to change the price to $10. That's very rude and it's the principle of matter. A good business does not do that, they honor the price that's posted. They then fix it for next time but they want customers to come back so they should make the customer happy.

Also, when I started having severe back pain because of three bulging disks in my neck I thought I would give them a try since their staff was so kind and offering advice. They helped me out on that situation too. But probably the real reason I go to It's Vapor Time in Hewitt, out of all the smoke shops in Waco is the attention and personality of their staff. Jackie, a very personable lady there has always helped me and treated me like family. Always a welcoming smile and remembers personal conversations we had on previous occasions. You can't teach that kind of hospitality. It's just in her. And Roo, a gentleman that works the evenings has always been a comical lift at the end of a hard day. These two run the place and do a damn fine job at it. It's nice to go where every one knows your name. So, whatever need you might have for a smoke shop, these guys will take care of you and more. Thanks Its Vapor Time in Hewitt for your considerate attention to hiring qualified employees.
