I did their free two-week trial for unlimited yoga classes for $50. I was only able to attend one…read moreclass called Hot Sculpt which was really fun. The instructor, Dany Galindo, was funny, energetic, and motivating! The only issue was that the class was extremely full at maximum occupancy. We all had to squeeze in very close to each other which made it difficult to complete the session without bumping into another person. I think this was due to the fact that a lot of people dropped in and did not make their reservation on the app which was unfortunate. They truly need to rent out a larger studio to accomodate their high customer traffic. Thus, I would classify this business as a FunToFit®. I like it here. :)…read more The studio is bright, and clean, and airy. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. They offer 3 different kinds of classes: Signature 60, Signature 45, and Strength 45. Signature classes are high energy full body work-outs that get your heart pumping, and include isometric holds for strength conditioning in either 45 or 60 minute versions. I'm currently obsessed with their Strength classes which are 45 minutes and are still a full-body workout, but of slower movements, using heavier weights and resistance bands. I can actually feel myself getting stronger, and I only come in once a week! I do wish they had more Strength class options during the week. Newcomers can try their first class for free! Then there are various membership options to suit your need. Since I come in once a week, I opt for their 10 class pass option, which you have several months to use. I like not having a monthly membership hanging over me. This way I get the full benefit of what I purchase. The studio is also two doors down from a Starbucks for that post workout coffee break!

If you are looking for a healer, Kim is your magician!…read more I was introduced to this incredible studio by a colleague/friend of mine, and she spoke very highly of Sukha Happens. Of course, me being a true yelper, searched and discovered many great reviews. It was then decided, I've got to schedule. The online scheduling process was extremely user friendly, and immediately sent an email confirmation with the details of my deep tissue massage appointment... I've been working heavily lately, so I knew I was in severe need of self care, my only hope was that Kim could help ease my physical discomfort. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, the door was unlocked, and upon entry I noticed the cleanliness of the yoga studio, and the organization of the many products offered. In addition, there was the amazing scent of sage burning (spiritual satisfaction) so now my senses are heightened and anticipation is rising. A short moment later, out came Kim with a very bright smile and open arms. We had a great opportunity to briefly get to know one another prior to my treatment while also completing the registration. I told her what I needed her to focus on, and she made note of it. During my phenomenal treatment I was mentally taking back to childhood ages when I could float in the bath tub and all of my body was relaxed, a time where there was no pain, no hurt, no job, no bills, and certainly no stress... Needless to say, by the end of the massage, everywhere there was tension, was a sensation of relief. I am so grateful I got the chance to schedule with Kim. I'm am now, a regularly satisfied customer

She told me I could use it for class credit or get the money back. I planned to return to a class but then I broke my back. When I got back to her she told me it was too late for either. She had not said there was a time factor or I would have just got my money back. But the worst part was she was unkind and showed no concern about what I had been through. So I would say do NOT trust your body and health with this kind of person.
