Tracy, the manager, is welcoming, organized, and completely on top of everything. She's incredibly impressive and keeps the studio running beautifully. The instructors are fantastic! Lucy is so encouraging, positive, and uplifting that I genuinely look forward to every class with her. Stacie's classes are always enjoyable, and I only wish she taught more days each week! Taking a class with Ryo feels like getting a private lesson. She's incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and attentive to proper technique. I especially love when instructors incorporate feet in straps and footwork on the reformer, since those are exercises I can't do at home. And when they dim the lights during footwork, it creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It's one of my favorite parts of class! Elizabeth at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming, and she takes care of anything you need right away. The studio is consistently clean, well-organized, and filled with positive energy. It's such a pleasure to have a place where I can improve my health while being surrounded by wonderful people. I can't recommend Club Pilates Kent highly enough!

I stay and do a Yin class afterwards. The temperatures are good - the Vinyasa and Yin are done at reasonable warm temperatures which is very important to me. If you like that really hot stuff, the Hatha classes are there, but I never do them due to the heat. The facility is nice with an excellent sound system. I love it that there is a variety of music, even within the same class. All of the instructors have been very good. Special mention of Kelsey whose classes particularly resonate with me. Kelsey often does one small adjustment per person per class, and that has slowly improved my yoga practice.

This yoga studio used to be…read morelocated in Normandy Park, but has moved to a bigger studio in Burien (off Ambaum) with plenty of space. Anne taught my prenatal yoga class. It was very helpful to me in so many ways... the class helped me stretch those tense muscles that develop during pregnancy, strengthen / prepare me for child birth and in general helped my body and soul relax! She is also really good about making sure your body is positioned correctly while you're in different poses and positions. There are other wonderful instructors that teach at the studio as well. I didn't know the difference between good and bad yoga instructors until I attended a few yoga classes at LA Fitness. It's definitely worth going and paying for "real yoga" and quite frankly, it's not that expensive per class. It's so much fun and you feel great afterwards!

I have locked in at their yearly rate, it has been a great investment. I initially thought that yoga could help with my flexibility, but it's been more than that. The mental and physical evolution has been instrumental to my health. I've gain so much confidence to the point where I now take showers with all the yogis after class! I remember seeing the showers early on and was, oh no, I can't do open showers without any curtains. This place has been so welcoming and non judgmental. I feel seen and respected here. The atmosphere is amazing, encouraging and professional. I think I've taken classes with the majority of the teachers at the studio. They each have their own style which is what I love. They are always willing and eager to help and answer any questions. The bathroom and showers are always clean. The studio is large and I love the wall of windows in the back. Of course during the summer it can get steamy in the room but the sunlight after a nice session is always a wonderful gift! I would recommend this place for anyone who is considering trying Yoga classes! They also host different events throughout the year.

Even the weekday classes before 4 PM were either pretty full or completely full. The studio itself is clean and well maintained. Just a heads-up : the showers are group-style (there's one for women, and I assume one for men), so no individual shower stalls. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. The price, atmosphere and teaching make it totally worth it!

I come to this part of town to visit my parents often and sometimes need a break from dealing with them. I'm not looking for a workout, to tone, build Muscle etc. I come to unwind and help my Mobility. I've now taken this class about 5 times and have brought my mom, Friend, and cousin. Because poses are so great for my problem areas. It's slow but effective. I leave feeling way more fluid and energized rather than drained. I wish yoga studios in LA would stop with the fitness yoga classes and offer more classes like yin yoga. I use ClassPass to sign up for the class since I'm from out of town and it's so worth the points! To the owners of this spot, good job

HOWEVER: The workout itself was amazing, Linda was amazing. A few ladies next to me were amazing, helping me out since I'm new. I am definitely coming back but more prepared. You need to bring a yoga mat, a yoga towel that has grips on the bottom (I didn't know this before arrival) , a booty band and a large water bottle. They provide everything else. Loved it!
