They offer 3 different kinds of classes: Signature 60, Signature 45, and Strength 45. Signature classes are high energy full body work-outs that get your heart pumping, and include isometric holds for strength conditioning in either 45 or 60 minute versions. I'm currently obsessed with their Strength classes which are 45 minutes and are still a full-body workout, but of slower movements, using heavier weights and resistance bands. I can actually feel myself getting stronger, and I only come in once a week! I do wish they had more Strength class options during the week. Newcomers can try their first class for free! Then there are various membership options to suit your need. Since I come in once a week, I opt for their 10 class pass option, which you have several months to use. I like not having a monthly membership hanging over me. This way I get the full benefit of what I purchase. The studio is also two doors down from a Starbucks for that post workout coffee break!

I am glad I have found a workout that doesn't hurt my knees when being very careful. Additionally, the workouts are really challenging every single time, which is amazing. I workout a lot and workouts that become easy after a month or two get boring for me and I usually quit for another workout or studio, but I've been going for almost 3 months and I still get an amazing workout that's equally as challenging as my first class. The studio is super clean, and the women who work there are extremely nice and encouraging and truly make me feel happy to be a member. Parking is also easy and free! Hard to find in Bellevue/Seattle. So definitely a great perk. I recommend this studio to all of my friends.

The instructor was aware we had driven quite a distance to be there, but we were still asked to leave right before the class began. The studio itself seemed clean and welcoming, and the instructor was kind up until that point--but the lack of transparency and consideration left a bad impression. Barre3 is a combination of ballet, yoga, Pilates, dance, and functional training. The workout is done barefoot. We completed some stretching movements as a warm up to our hour long rou. The soundtrack slowly sped up in tempo signaling the transition to more challenging movements. This was a full body workout. The moves included slight modifications depending on personal dexterity and fitness level. The entire workout centered on engaging the muscles while slightly shifting positions. What I liked about the experience was the dynamics of class. It invoked a feeling of community and a sense belonging. The instructor was encouraging and the music selection was perfect. I'll definitely look into incorporating more of Barre3 into my workout. This location was clean and organized. There is available lot and street parking. I would absolutely recommend this workout to anyone looking to change up their routine.

All the instructors are great and will customize even the class workouts to what your body can do/needs and the upbeat music and energy really holds you accountable so you aren't slacking (like I do when I try to workout from home and end up taking breaks or sitting down). Also enjoyed going to the BeYoga Burien studio which has lots of character (meaning old) and was honored to be walking around the studio which was watered by the sweat and tears from yogis past! I also take Yoga classes at their newer studio BeYoga-Renton, super clean but like every yoga studio has a few minor things that are being worked on correcting. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. I have locked in at their yearly rate, it has been a great investment. I initially thought that yoga could help with my flexibility, but it's been more than that. The mental and physical evolution has been instrumental to my health. I've gain so much confidence to the point where I now take showers with all the yogis after class! I remember seeing the showers early on and was, oh no, I can't do open showers without any curtains. This place has been so welcoming and non judgmental. I feel seen and respected here. The atmosphere is amazing, encouraging and professional. I think I've taken classes with the majority of the teachers at the studio. They each have their own style which is what I love. They are always willing and eager to help and answer any questions. The bathroom and showers are always clean. The studio is large and I love the wall of windows in the back. Of course during the summer it can get steamy in the room but the sunlight after a nice session is always a wonderful gift! I would recommend this place for anyone who is considering trying Yoga classes! They also host different events throughout the year.
