As you might expect, it was pricey, and no one mentioned it might not be what I wanted. When I realized, well, now it's opened, so would you like $9 back on your $90 purchase? I wouldn't call it a "scam" but I wish their staff was more forthcoming about selling games from another region. If you know to check everything closely before buying, this seems like a nice shop, but if you're less of an expert, you might want to shop somewhere with better buyer protection.

One of the absolute WORST purchasing experiences in my life. After several days I reached out to support of that third-party platform regarding why it was still not shipped, who then informed me that "the item is out of stock and no longer available. It was sold in-store but not removed from their portal in time". It felt like a gut punch. The seller didn't even have the basic courtesy or decency to at least let me know if a genuine oversight happened on their end by responding to my chat follow up regarding shipping. I literally had to reach out to support to get my refund back. This experience was truly heartbreaking for a genuine collector like me. You have been WARNED. They explained that they don't refurbish items, only resell, so because one of the controllers had a sticky button and a worn joystick pad, they couldn't accept the consoles. It made sense, and they were clear about it. Even though we didn't end up selling, they were still helpful and took the time to guide us, which I appreciated. Overall, still a positive experience.
