What I got was $0 in the 5 months I was there. 1 single lead from the company, which panned out to be nothing and then was told to " write letters and make cold calls" to find my other leads. They do not pay for premier services, so if you want internet generated leads you are going to be out of pocket more than $500 a month. I had paid out of pocket for the company to sponsor a local YMCA swim team, and have in wiritg that they would reimburse me its been 2 months and I have not seen anything. I wrote to both the owner and the office manger three times in the last week giving them my notice and asking for my money and they have no returned any emails, but have removed me from their website. He came and picked us up to show us a few houses over the course of an afternoon. By the end of the afternoon, I told my fiance this was the guy I wanted to use. He's an honest dealer, the type of guy with a firm handshake who looks you in the eyes when he meets you. I'm sure he had other clients, but I wouldn't have known. We would call with questions (sometimes very stupid ones), probably more often than the norm, and he'd always politely answer our questions. My fiance and I also have weird schedules so showings were often all over the place, but he worked with us and was very accommodating. One thing to note, too, I have a pet peeve when people refuse to say "I don't know" and instead BS an answer rather than admit not knowing something. Ryan doesn't do this. If he did not know the answer to a question (rare anyways, this is a smart guy who does his homework), he'd apologize, look up the information, and immediately get back to us. I really liked that. Anyways, highest recommendation for Ryan Conachen. I've recommended him to friends and coworkers who've also praised him. Do yourself a favor and hire an honest, good guy to help you find your house.

We waited, and waited (with our 1 year old and 4 year old)... and around 10:15am he texted my husband stating that he was on his way... with a follow up message asking us not to leave. When Jonathan DID arrive (at 10:30am) he rushed us through the viewing of the apartment!!!! All because he had another appointment scheduled for 11am that he simply couldn't risk being late for! After being rushed out of the apartment, because he had to "lock up" before his next showing, we forwarded our applications to his email. My husband texted him inquiring about the applications we submitted to WHICH HE ACTUALLY REPLIED: "You and your wife's credit are still very bad. However, your co-signers credit is excellent."
