I ran into her a few more times as I was a little indecisive in my home search. Either way, during the whole process, she was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had. After making an offer on the property, I figured I was done with Olde Towne other than through paperwork, but due to some issues with the builders that had constructed the house, the process was a bit drawn out. Through each consecutive inspection or walk-through, Doug was accommodating and available to not only open the property to me, but just to walk through and chat. With other properties I toured with other companies, I felt a lot of pressure and insincerity, but I did not feel that way working with Doug and Olde Towne. Whether it was frustration with the slow sale process, or just him trying to be a friendly guy, he took a hit on his commission to help the seller and I meet in the middle on the selling price. That is what solidified the deal. Once I moved into the neighborhood, Doug saw me from across the street and ran across to greet me and to ask all about how things were going for me. While it might not seem like a big deal, it was nice to have someone in the neighborhood make me feel welcome. I would heavily endorse Olde Towne to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, especially in the Dorchester area.

He was very attentive, personable, and took the time to carefully listen to what I needed, and then suggested a few units - he was right on. It was everything I wanted. I really felt like he took the time to really listen and shared his knowledge of the different available options. I had reached out a bit early and as soon as units became available, he took the initiative to follow up with me to schedule a time. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him if you're looking for your next home! You want someone who cares, is knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind.

Very very pushy habits, I experienced such a Hostile experience with this agency- very shady very sketchy, as I'm prepared to launch an ethics code with board of realtors against these dishonorable company! From day one, they pushed and pressured my Agent to obtain keys *****earlier to avoid obtaining prior****** to the Long holiday weekend The priority shifted to convenience on behalf of the NEW prospective tenants, vs the existent occupants- and the landlord needs The focus was to Get Keys as Promptly as possible, BY pass any essential details in between in a very highly dysfunctional approach Laurent Had a Nerve to ASK for the *****Commission check PRIOR to even having his clients move in***** He figured to obtain keys fast, and get Paid RAPIDLY prior to the 1st of September which he knows is (((((Prohibitive and also UN lawful)))) Above all, he was aggressive on the phone when I informed him, his boss would be briefed on the subject matter and valid warranted feedback would be posted on Google, Yelp and Zillow Laurent created a NIGHTMARE experience to the old occupants, and to my broker who had an awful experience with Laurent as well

While initially deciding on a realtor we interviewed several, we never felt pressured at the Galvin Group. They were happy to answer our questions about the market and we were able to get to know how they did business before ultimately signing on with them, quickly realizing they were the best realtor group servicing Dorchester. Our realtor Eamon Galvin took care of every detail of the sale, keeping us updated to ensure things were proceeding to our satisfaction. Eamon went above and beyond for us, I can't recommend him enough. Call Eamon at the Galvin Group, you will be happy you did!

The whole process started off very dicey, as my landlord never confirmed with me that he was working with the Galvin Group. I just started getting random texts from them about showing my apartment. It was around Christmas time when they started to ramp up their showings. For the week of Christmas and the weekend of New Years, they were relentless about showing my place. I understand business is business, but you'd think they might lay off during the week of Christmas, especially since I was living there. But what I am truly upset about is when my identity got stolen. My place was shown on February 19th - 4 days later a fraudulent credit card account was opened in my name. I didn't find out until about a month later when I received the bill. After filing a police report, I called Craig to express my concerns. He made it into a joke asking "did they buy anything good at least?" My identity just got stolen (possibly from a stranger that came into my apartment) and this is a joke to you? He then proceeded to let me know he was always available in case I needed a realtor in the future. I was not calling him to joke around, nor was I calling to do business. I am truly disappointed in their level of professionalism and their lack of regard for tenants. To be honest, I am not too surprised in how this all went down considering my former landlord, Mike had absolutely no respect for his tenants nor his fellow condo-owners - and like attracts like....

We were extremely picky from the start and this didn't bother Shannon at all. She asked the right questions to help find the best home that suit our needs. She also didn't push us into something we didn't like and she was extremely patient when we would walk in the front door of a home and immediately walk out. After a full day of visiting homes in Methuen the last one we looked at was the perfect one and we all knew it. After putting our offer in, the real fun began, well not fun but the back and forth of the paper work etc. Honestly we probably wouldn't survived this process without Shannon, she patiently walked us through each step. Explained what we had to do when. And she was always available via text message. I found her to be a good friend throughout this process and I honestly don't understand how she does it all. So if you are worried, scared, and not at all excited about buying your next home, call Shannon. She is the best person for this job and the best person to help you find your dream home. We wouldn't / couldn't have done it without her. Ps... typing this from the table in our new kitchen, so happy!

He came and picked us up to show us a few houses over the course of an afternoon. By the end of the afternoon, I told my fiance this was the guy I wanted to use. He's an honest dealer, the type of guy with a firm handshake who looks you in the eyes when he meets you. I'm sure he had other clients, but I wouldn't have known. We would call with questions (sometimes very stupid ones), probably more often than the norm, and he'd always politely answer our questions. My fiance and I also have weird schedules so showings were often all over the place, but he worked with us and was very accommodating. One thing to note, too, I have a pet peeve when people refuse to say "I don't know" and instead BS an answer rather than admit not knowing something. Ryan doesn't do this. If he did not know the answer to a question (rare anyways, this is a smart guy who does his homework), he'd apologize, look up the information, and immediately get back to us. I really liked that. Anyways, highest recommendation for Ryan Conachen. I've recommended him to friends and coworkers who've also praised him. Do yourself a favor and hire an honest, good guy to help you find your house.
