I wanted the back shortened so sides could match up. I even showed a Pic of the too short cut that I hated and she gave me the same cut. I have been in tears for weeks, have even ordered some wigs. Yes it was that bad. I ended up going to someone else who couldn't believe a professional had hacked my layers so bad, left areas almost bald.
