I got about six inches taken of my hair as well as a new color and highlights. I love it!!! Kyia did an amazing job and I continue to see her for everything (eyebrows, manicures and of course my hair!). I am moving within the next month and I plan on still going to see Kyia because she does such a great job. Everyone I have encountered at Bad Hair Day has been nothing but polite and super professional. They do try to sell you products l but people that's their job!!!! I will never understand the people who stop going to a place because they are trying to sell you something, it's a business and you can say no if you want. Overall all my experiences at Bad Hair Day have been nothing short of fantastic and I would definitely recommend them and Kyia!

i was excited to be able to get an appt at the last minute so i paid the $10 extra for the…read more"designer haircut shampoo/style" to get a super professional nice looking cut. i showed my stylist a couple pics of what i wanted it to look like, even a video of someone cutting it and styling it. the girl was very pleasant and chatty but at the end of the cut, it looked nothing like what i showed her....it looked like something i could have gotten at great clips for $15. and it's not just that she didn't style it or whatever....which she didn't....it's a BAD cut. i can't even fix it at home. i have never paid and ran out of a shop so fast, i was trying so hard not to cry.

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done.
