WARNING! DO NOT BUY HERE!! I bought a VandyVape Mod from this store which worked for 2 hours and…read morestopped working. I went back to have it replaced and the manager refused to exchange it. He says it was user error that caused it to malfunction. How is it user error when I didn't drop it, change battery, change RDA, or anything? He was not a very nice person to deal with either. I tried reaching the owner for a week, but somehow he was never in either store when I called and none of the employees would tell me when he would be in. To add insult to injury I paid $43 for the mod. Vape100 has the exact mod for $25. So they RIP you off and then you have no warranty. I spoke to VandyVape service and all of their products come with a 90 day warranty. They agreed that it was a mechanical flaw and will replace it for me. Takes 3 weeks to get it though. The service manager at VandyVape says there is no reason that Electric Puff shouldn't have replaced it because they would have received a new one from VandyVape. In a nutshell, over priced, zero customer service, won't honor warranty, and just bad business all the way around. BTW, Vapor100 said they would have replaced it up to 14 days no questions asked. So my business goes to them and to all my friends who vape. Pass it on. Don't get screwed by vape bandits. Red
