The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.

I had lost a nose ring and was too lazy to go buy a new one for a few weeks. I'm sorta new to town…read morebut I drive by kaleidoscope every day on my way to work, so I figured I'd pop in one day on my way home. I walked in and was immediately distracted by all the fun novelty stuff, as well as how clean and organized the store was. I wandered over to the piercing counter and was promptly helped. I always get the same jewelry so I can't speak to how great the selection is, but they had exactly what I wanted and for cheaper than usual. Since my piercing had been out for a while, the girl at the counter recommended that I have the piercer insert it for me, so I roamed around and tried to talk myself out of buying yet another purse with skulls on it while I wait. A few minutes later, I was called back to the piercing room which was clean and everything the piercer did was hygienic. I was in, out and on my way in just a few minutes. Was everyone so friendly that they wanted to stick around and chat? No, but they were as helpful as I needed them to be and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing or a unique gift.
