Experience was not good with local ecig Store. My friend Zorro took me to 417 to buy me a new e-cig. I Noticed a scratch on the battery the first night I had it. not a big deal, Zorro and I discussed if I should take it back for a stainless tell one? I related to small business so I said no...I'll deal with it ....little did I know what was the least of my problems. the first time I charged it the battery charger melted and Ruined the battery in the process. Thank God it did not burn Up my computer. I then got the worst flu of my life so I did not get back in time ( PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE 3 DAY RETURN POLICY) they refused to give me a new battery even though I was scared to use that one again...they did give me a new charger. :/ they said I must have abused it because of the scratch and something inside the screw part looked bent. This is probably why the charger melted, it was defective from the get go. I walked away empty-handed through my money out the window at with that store. I spoke to the owner who basically called me a liar and said I had abused dropped and set on the battery! Even after I assured him I had not, he says, don't feel bad it happens... DID NOT HAPPEN! Mr. Owner... bad mistake on your part, as I'm a very good return loyal customer. I also talk a lot and tell every vaper I know about that experience. It also works the other way and I could have highly recommend You and the hundreds of dollars I have spent elsewhere could have went to your business... not to mention the many NEW customers I would have steered your way! after all I am a salesman if I like something I will help you sell it..and I'm good at what I do! read more

We have an issue in our community, and it starts here with Preston D Kamler. This place is run by a psychopath, sociopathic narcissist with a history of violently abusing women and others. He has been permanently banned from Planet Fitness as well as several restaurants in the Springfield area. He is currently involved in a lawsuit brought by a debt collection agency and has already been convicted guilty in a domestic violence incident. Recently, a video surfaced showing him stalking women and making violent threats. In addition to multiple ongoing criminal cases, court records reveal that he has previously cursed at a judge and threatened a plaintiff during legal proceedings. His criminal record spans 22+ charges. This vapor store has all sorts of products to offer new and existing vape users! I was extremely pleased with the prices, friendly customer service, and the overall cleanliness of this store. Even the location of 417vapor was very convenient, being just off of Campbell Avenue, only minutes from downtown. Although the parking lot can be somewhat of a pain to get in and out of, it is still fairly easy to get a good parking spot somewhat near the storefront. The best part about this store, is getting to meet the actually owner. On my very first visit to this store, Doug introduced himself as the proud owner and gladly answered all my questions I asked him. I would definitely recommend this vapor store to any of my friends and family. Vaporworld totally sucks in comparison. Also, don't forget to try the juice bar while you're in there! Love this place! I had been a pack-a-day smoker for over 30 years. Truly, I never really thought I'd quit, even though I knew how bad it was for me. I ventured into 417 Vapors with no real knowledge or idea of what I needed or wanted. Martin took fabulous care of me, suggesting what I needed, which was NOT the most expensive thing in the case. He was patient and answered every question I had, no matter how silly or off-the-wall. I have been cigarette - free for over a month now. No cravings, no hag - like behavior, just a sense that I can do this. Their shop is a 45 minute drive for me, but I had visited other vapor shops before finding 417 and there is absolutely no competition. I have been using 417 Vapor since they opened and I have always had amazing experiences. I have NEVER had an issue or complaint. Their prices are on target, if not less, than other retail vape shops. They offer great juice deals through their points program. When I've had issues with mods I've bought there, they handled them with great customer service and professionalism. Jessamyn even took time to go through her personal stash of extra parts when I was having a problem and brought the part I needed from her home. I went out of town a couple weeks ago without enough juice and had to go to an unfamiliar vape shop. I found a juice I liked there. When I got home I took the bottle in to 417 and they researched it and mixed up a batch just for my picky palliate. Amazing. Couldn't ask for better. read more

These guys were so helpful to an absolute newb (me) trying to find a Christmas present for his wife. Friendly and helpful every time I went in while trying to decide which product to get. I could also review the selection we ended up with, because it's now Christmas Day and the Aspire starter kit they helped me select this excellent product, but this is really about the great service they offered me. No pressure, just a good explanation of the different levels and the features gained or lost at each price point. This place has it all! You can get everything from starter kits to APV (Advanced Personal Vaporizers). They have something for everyone! I'd have to say the juice is THE best i've ever had and best of all, You can try it BEFORE you buy it! They have a flavor bar with samplers of all their flavors and are constantly coming up with new ones! A great place to go when you finally decide to stop smoking! The people there are all friendly, helpful and really know their stuff! The fact that I can go in and change up my flavors and lower my nicotine level below a 12 is something that I really appreciate. I did make the rounds and since the first time I walked into this shop, old location and new, the associates behind the counter have always treated me with respect and helped me with any questions that I might have. On November 4, 2013, I walked in to 417 Vapor for the first time. I purchased a start up kit and some ejuice, walked out and had my very last cigarette. I have not had a cigarette in over 15 months and I couldn't be happier about it! 3/22/14 I went in to by two bottles of juice and Jessamyn took my order she went back grabbed them and on her way back to delivery them she saw someone walk in that she knew and decided to strike up a conversation with him. So I waited and waited and when I finally went over and asked for my product so I can go check out, she made a big deal out of it and was extremely rude. I will not be coming back. I have been to a few vapor stores in the area and 417 vapor is my favorite. I've only bought e juice here so far, they have a nice selection available. The atmosphere is comfortable. I'm not good with names, but the 2young ladies working the first time I went in were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They also seem to run a lot of specials, which is super awesome.
