I also went for the Seafood Linguine with prawn, calamari, clams, chilli, pernod, fresh herbs, tomato, parmesan and this was much better. The atmosphere for Koi was fun and lively. The meals came out promptly and cannot thank all of the staff enough for their superb service. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating, even adding a grilled bug to my husbands barramundi when he asked, could not have been more obliging. Will definitely be visiting Ginos Trattoria regularly.

My hubby had the carbonara minus the bacon and it too was delicious! They were very accommodating with additions to their dishes.. i added Chili to my dish (medium heat) which they were more than happy to do.... when I did have a little bite though it was really really spicy (I love chill but it was a little hot for me - mild was perfect).... i told the waitress, who took it straight to the kitchen and they fixed it straight away for me... it was no hassle and made me feel that they really wanted me to enjoy my experience and wanted it exactly how I requested it. I also requested parmesan cheese... and they bought out a whole dish for me... which was great as I love lots of parmesan.
