First of all, the steak is huge, obviously hand breaded, tender (I could almost cut it with a plastic fork) and the perfect blend of meat and breading. It was as fresh and hot as the green beans and hand cut French fries. I don't do gravy so I can't speak to their gravy but why would anyone bury such a delicious CF steak in gravy anyway? The fries were excellent, cooked perfectly and generous in portion and the green beans were also delicious, cooked with bacon. The dinner was topped off with a tasty piece of toasted bread. I make my rounds in the Oklahoma panhandle and NW Oklahoma about once a year and I HOPE I will be back through during lunch time next year. What a great find McGill's ChuckWagon Cafe is!

It comes on a toasted hoagie bun and it reminded me of a slightly better Charley's Sandwich. It had a grilled flavor to it and the chicken was almost shredded. I felt for $8, they could've added a little more meat (see picture). I would probably get it again, but wouldn't go out of my way. A co-worker of mine got the loaded steak fries and was raving about them, perhaps I will try those next time.
