They do not provide coffee or beverage service, so guests have to bring their own drinks, yet there are no outlets available to plug in coffee equipment. Even less expensive mortuaries usually provide this basic level of accommodation. We were told they do have outlets, but guests are not allowed to use them because of past electrical overloads. That raises an obvious question: why hasn't the issue been fixed? This establishment charges enough to upgrade their electrical system and prevent these problems. To make matters worse, the beverage area is set up outside, exposed to wind, heat, or cold weather. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below what you would expect from a professional funeral home.
