Then the next time I went in there it was 5 minutes until bar close and I was only half way done with my drink when a guy told me I needed to throw my drink away and leave. I said One second, laid my vape down to finish my drink and one of the bar tenders working grabbed my vape and my drink and throw my drink in the trash and gave my vape to her friend at the end of the bar. When I went to get it back because it was stolen from me he got in my face and threatened me and then the guy/ bouncer who witnessed it all throw me out. This bar has no respect for anybody.

Wine Sellers has wine by the glass, wine by the bottle (they'll open any bottle in the store for a corkage fee), cocktails, beers (so many!), and non-alcoholic options! They also have a lot of space, live music, books, board games, and outside seating out back. They also have outstanding service. The staff that was at the bar when were there was so fun, friendly, helpful! We spent hours together at the Wine Sellers. It was the perfect place to have some fun with family over what was a hard weekend. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it. What a great place.

But I live a dive bar, particular one where you can observe and learn about the community. Not being from the Midwest, it was a great spot for understating rural Illinois life. And the community the bar serves. I'm from rural South Georgia so it immediately reminded me of a few bars my grandma frequented down South .
